I'm surprised that it honestly has its own app to fix the headset of my liking. The battery life lasts a long time, I don't need to charge it every time I stop using it. I love how comfortable it is, and that I don't have to adjust fixing it every time. My friends told me that the mic quality sounds good as well. Overall, an amazing headset for the price.

haven’t seen many headsets at this price range with simultaneous Bluetooth so that’s pretty neat. Audio is ok you can tweaked it in the EQ to get something decent but it’s a wireless headset so sound quality isn’t it’s specialty

Awesome headset. I tried this and the Blackshark V3 Pro (against the Barracuda X 2022). The EQ actually does things and the speaker improvements are real - as you adjust the settings, your experience will change noticeably. I thought the ANC and the slightly better ear cushions were worth the $100 premium to get the V3 Pro instead. The main advantage to the V3 is that it's lighter (but otherwise identical in performance)

This headset is great for comfortability and quality, the mic is good and this headset has a lot of customization. The thing I didn't really like was how quiet it is compared to other headsets like the hyper x cloud 2, and the surround sound is really crappy in most cases. I like how it can be used wired and wirelessly and has customization along with comfortability and has incredible sound detail but needs to be louder and the surround sound needs to be fixed other than that is decent. Just a bit overpriced.

Surround sound is great, the ear pads are comfy for long periods of time, and the battery is phenomenal. Worth every dollar.

Best headset I've tried so far. I'm pretty rough on things like this because they go in a backpack to work with me so I like the balance of tough and comfortable. Seems like zero audio lag when using the dongle. BT I don't really use much, but I know it works. Long battery life, I use them for about a week 3 to 4 hrs a day before they need charged. Overall really good quality audio and my son tells me that the mic sounds pro when we play a game together.

I've owned Blackshark's for the last few years and I've found their build, sound quality and battery life to be exceptionally better (and at a better price point) then most gaming wireless headsets I have used in the past. Now I know it all sounds like I'm just another Razer Glazer, but coming from an honest 40 hours a week busy schedule dude. This is the best headset for a tight budget with a bit of light competitive play. and If you're on the fence about it, you've heard bad things about it, lemons are inevitable but Best Buy's return policies aren't bad at all. Another thing is the Razer Synapse 4 software, I've read quite a few people bashing it for slowing speeds on their PC's but I've used it for going on 4 years now and really haven't noticed a difference in speeds (I'm also not an insane Overclocker or stats watcher so I might be biased) but love this headset and any one of the Blackshark product line is a great investment and purchase.

As someone who used the V2 Pro, this is so far an incredible upgrade from the previous model. Now using USB-C to charge and allow direct connection. Receiving 4 stars instead of 5 because there's now a game vs chat audio balance wheel that's very easy to hit, which causes issues.

Amazing headphones but a little lond for my head if you got big ears then its great if covers my whole ear and i got big ones.

Head set not made for smaller head, everything else is fine wish it had rotating ear cups like the pro

Does everything I expected and has a long battery life.

A little uncomfortable after long uses due to clamp force and padding could be improved to help with this. However, sound quality and ease of use to perfect for the price and for any casual gamer.

Good improvement from the V2 -- I love that I can hear through both the dongle and Bluetooth. However, the headset does still have the issue of degraded connection after long enough on a call or cutting out after several hours. It's fixed by a simple restart, but it's still a little annoying.

God tier head set. It was a lottle difficult to find out how to acces all the fetures though. But a video later and im set. Great product amazing audio, build, fetures, etc.
