Customer Ratings & Reviews

Before this one, I had the wired version of the Razer BlackShark V2, which has a very similar design — and I already considered it one of the best headsets I’d ever owned. This one keeps the same strengths: it’s extremely comfortable for long sessions, with ear cushions made of a soft fabric where they touch your ears. Unlike other headsets that use only synthetic leather (which tends to peel and get messy after a few months), this one avoids that problem completely. The sound quality is excellent, and you can fine-tune it through the Razer Synapse app. The headset is lightweight, stylish, feels solid and durable, and never gets uncomfortable even after hours of use. Overall, it offers outstanding build quality and audio performance for the price.

Great headset, comfortable, not heavy, great battery life

They sound good for a cheaper pair of headphones after EQing them with the app, the battery life is pretty good, the mic settings were screwed up in discord but after I fixed that the mic works and sounds great. They waste a lot of your time on 7.1 spatial sound which really just sounds worse in my opinion. They are better than my old corsair void pro rgb wired, I do like the wireless, and the sound is pretty impressive for a cheaper wireless headset. I do wish they had an RGB LED though.

Excellent sound quality high battery life and easy connectivity with 2 modes Cons: need to install 2 softwares 1 razer app and 1 additional app to activate the 7.1 sound

Amazing sound quality and super easy set up. If you don’t have a usb-c port on your device it comes with an adapter for a standard usb. You just plug the usb-c into the adapter and then you’re ready to go. The wireless range is very good as well. Amazing product. I would definitely buy again.

These headsets are really good .the microphone works very well, they are very comfortable for long gaming sessions, and they work perfectly on my PS5, PC, and Switch.

At first, I was hesitant to purchase these headphones, but once I tried them, they turned out to be the best buy I’ve ever made. The sound quality is outstanding, the materials are top-notch, and the customer service at Best Buy was excellent. Without a doubt, I recommend them for their great quality-to-price ratio and the overall fantastic experience they provide.

Feels really nice and was affordable. Battery life is good and sound quality is good. Definitely good for the price, especially if on sale

Great headphones for the price but may be slightly uncomfortable because of the slight tightness of the headphones but its not that much of a problem at least for me but I absolutely love them honestly they aren't that bad the sound is good mic quality is also good would definitely recommend!

Decent performance for the price point. It sometimes needs to be reset to my connected computer. Nice I figured out it needs resetting the process is easy. They are also comfortable

Great headset. Love that it can switch between mobile and pc with the press of a button.

good headset wireless and bluetooth makes you feel like your a helicopter pilot lol

The best mic set at a reasonable price! You have noise cancellation and it’s well made. The fit is 10/10.

This is a great headset i had a razor to start and it lasted me 9 years so i went with razor again and so far its better than the first one

I had these gaming headsets for about 3-4 weeks so far, a single charge would last me a week. I highly recommend the next following customer to get these.

As the title says, this is a great headset for the cost. The sound is descent with it being a wireless headset, the mic works great. My voice comes in loud and clear and I have not had any problems with dropped signal or lag in audio. But for the thing that bugs me is you can use this headset straight out the box, no software nothing. However, this is a 7,1 surround sound headset, but this feature can only be turned on or off with the Razer software. Once launching the software, you realize you had to download Razer synapse, followed by the surround sound, but then there's more it tries to push down your throat it eats up valuable resources in the back ground while running. Plus the surround app doesn't always work, before I installed the app for it on my computer the headset worked flawlessly, but after it wouldn't always have sound. Even if I turned them on and off. I had to open the app, change from surround sound to a second (I don't know why it shows two) BlackShark V3, get the sound to work and then switch back both the app and in windows. I plan on upgrading to probably an A50 plus and use these as back ups as the Razer bloatware is just annoying and eats memory.

I’m really happy with these headphones! The sound quality is amazing, they’re very comfortable to wear, and the battery lasts a long time. They were easy to connect, and they work perfectly. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great quality at a good price. I’m very satisfied with my purchase!

This headset is amazing. It's very comfortable and has great audio quality. Great battery life: I can get several nights out of a charge. Only charge it about once a week. The range is really good too. I really like the removable microphone. I don't need the mic usually so it's nice to remove it completely. If you leave the mic attached, there is a mute button also. The only negative is the "Power on/Power off voice" can be quite loud. Just don't wear the headset when powering it on or off and problem solved!

I’ve been really happy with the BlackShark V3 so far. The sound quality is great for gaming, and I can easily hear footsteps and other small sounds. The headset is also comfortable to wear for longer gaming sessions, and the wireless connection has been reliable. The microphone sounds clear, and I like that I don’t have to deal with a cable while playing. Overall, it’s been a great upgrade and I’m really happy with it.

I’ve been using the Razer BlackShark V3 X Hyperspeed for a little while now, and overall it’s a solid headset with a lot to like. The wireless connection is super convenient and stays stable across all my devices, switching between PC and console is pretty seamless. The sound quality is clear and immersive, especially for gaming. Footsteps and directional audio come through well, which definitely helps during competitive play. The mic is also decent, my teammates say my voice sounds crisp without too much background noise. Comfort-wise, it’s lightweight and easy to wear for long sessions, though the ear cushions could feel a bit more premium. After a few hours, I do notice slight pressure, but nothing unbearable. Battery life has been reliable so far, lasting through multiple sessions without needing a recharge. My only real downside is that the build feels a little more plasticky than expected at this price point. Overall, it’s a great headset for the value, good performance, solid wireless functionality, and comfortable enough for everyday gaming.
