The Razer BlackWidow V3 Mini Hyperspeed Wireless 65% Gaming Mechanical Green Switch Keyboard is a perfect fit for a college student who occasionally games. The 65% layout makes the keyboard feel lightweight to move around when not in use and does not take up the whole desk. Wireless means no cables are visible and keeps my OCD in check. When gaming, the keyboard produces no delay when buttons are pushed. The battery is forever long lasting. The RGB lighting is bright, and when paired with other Razer peripherals completes the theme. The green clicky switches are still my favorite. I don’t see a need to switch to a quieter option. The only issue I can find, is the price. But hey, that’s Razer.

This is a great keyboard for beginners, easy to move fingers around and figure out different binds any game right away. The lights are really cool as well you can customize your own lights onto it. The battery life lasts longer then you’d expect even with the rgb effects on.

I have always trusted Razer as a brand & for good reason, particularly in their mice and especially their Keyboards. This has a perfect form factor and you feel the quality of all the materials used with every stroke of the keys. I was on the fence between this and the Razer Huntsman TKL which is also sold at BestBuy for a shockingly good price, just like the BlackWidow V3 that I'm reviewing. I decided on this keyboard because it was a bit smaller so I have more room on my desk (without comprising any features or quality) and it's also wireless! Even for a 65% this is the only keyboard that I've seen come with all arrow keys as well as more keys you would expect to find in a larger keyboard. If you're on the fence about this keyboard in anyway, don't be! Razer really outdid themselves with this one!

This 65% beast crams all the fury of a full keyboard into a space-saving marvel. Razer Green switches click like lightning, keys dance with precision, and the RGB blasts you off to gaming Valhalla. Build quality? Solid as a dragon's hoard. Price? Hefty, but worth every pixel of desk space saved. Get clicking, champions!

Really wanted to like this keyboard, but after a month of consistent use, I’d say it’s not the one for me. Keys require more pressure to press than I’d say is comfortable for long typing sessions. It’s also relatively tall overall (at least compared to my previous Corsair keyboard height) which also adds to the discomfort while using. Battery life, RGB, Bluetooth and Mac compatibility, while nice additions, aren’t enough to overcome the negatives. Keep in mind my focus has been typing accuracy and speed rather than overall gaming which is the main purpose of this keyboard. It’s also loud enough you won’t want to take this with you on a plane or to any coffee shop. I’ll be switching back to my previous keyboard until I find a better board that fits my needs.

[Employee of bestbuy] Probably one of the best keyboards I have ever owned a great space saver so if you have a small desk, this one works great. Also a bunch of different light modes which is really cool and easy to use.

Green switches are addictive. First thing I noticed was how divine the sound was in my ear drums. A bit loud though but I really good loud! Hopefully your not up typing away while people are sleeping but it also might put them in pure bliss and they will fall fast asleep because the sound of this keyboard is so satisfying. The overall design is AAA and the RGB is the best I’ve ever seen on a keyboard really does some wild stuff. My personal fav is the fire setting for the lights it looks amazing. Highly recommend this keyboard.

I bought this gaming keyboard at a discount at BestBuy, but it's still over $100. Then about two weeks later I found out the keyboard had another big discount, and BestBuy refunded me the difference. As for the keyboard itself, I have been a fan of Razer products, especially when they are discounted, lol.

It’s really good helps me with cable management. Compared to a wired keyboard I have much more space. It’s also matches my aesthetics for my setup.The keyboard has a really long battery life.This keyboard is really good for competitive gaming.Overall this keyboard is really good,I’ll rate it as a 10/10 would buy it for a friend.

Solid keyboard every responsive battery life last a good 2 weeks

Needed a new keyboard for my pc and this was the one for me, it’s tiny and my hands can reach across it perfectly! It’s fits nicely on my desk and it completes my setup and compliments my gaming area!!

Oh my oh my the keys, tactile sound gives really good feelings, really good compact, portable and *WIRELESS* clean setup. I love it and recommend it.

Very good keyboard for outdoor use if using quiet switches, if you’re mainly using the keyboard at home I recommend getting the non hyper speed version because there’s not point to have Bluetooth

It looks clean, it’s clicky, and it works. (for the most part) Unfortunately, you can only edit the RGB lighting if you download 3 separate Razor softwares that constantly run in the background and these cause the keyboard to malfunction from time to time. Razor Synapse would cause the keyboard to restart out of nowhere, causing input delay and a host of other problems. The 2.4 wireless connection also stops wifi from connecting to devices placed near the USB dongle. The biggest complement I can give this product is that it comes with a rope USB to USB-C accessory that is extremely flexible and works with other products perfectly.
