Great switches and feel; bright RGB, solid build!!

After purchasing the razer huntsman mini for over $120, I thought I would never buy another Razer keyboard again-- the keyboard had loud, annoying, and unlubed clicky switches, the stabilizers were poorly installed, and the worst part is that even if I had wanted to fix the keyboard up, I couldn't. Upon walking into Best Buy and trying this keyboard, I fell in love: the sound and feel was superb, the board comes stock modded with foam and tape, pre-lubed tactile orange switches, it is hotswappable, has signature razer rgb backlighting, and the quality is insane. I have thoroughly enjoyed using this keyboard and am happy to continue using it for my gaming.

I have used Razer keyboards for the better part of 8 years and I have to say they really hit it out of the park with this one. It feels extremely sturdy, well built, and premium. It looks and functions extremely well. I am also a fan of the orange switches as it’s tactile enough to know you are typing the correct keys but also quiet enough as to not be a nuisance when typing a paper for school. It is a steep price but it is well worth it.

All the keyboard I need. I've always preferred membrane keyboards and never liked the clickyness of mechanical keyboards. But, after testing this out, instantly I knew this is the keyboard for me, I fell in love with it. I am now a fan of orange switches. Typing feels so good. That I want to keep typing. It's quiet and responsive. You can game hours on end, especially with the padded wrist rest. Everything about the Blackwidow V4 75% is all that I need. The only thing that was a negative for me was the price point. It's a bit too expensive for my liking. But, with the quality build, customization and performance. It can be worth the money. Just like all Razer products, I think it's a bit way too pricy and I never spent more than $100 on a keyboard, but I think the Blackwidow is a good enough keyboard, to splurge a little bit.

Gaming keyboard specs, killer rgb, and wait it’s hot swappable! Ok Razer keyboards have been kinda meh. Huntsman is also good if you could easily make it your own. If you want gaming and custom this is pretty killer. Great out of the box, already gasket mounted and tape mod! Big minus to oem profile caps but that’s personal preference. The orange tactiles are impressive, they feel just like Holy Pandas! I did swap out keycaps to a cherry profile. So if you are wondering about what switches and stabs you can install. PCB is 5 pin! The stabs are factory clips but is set up for screw ins! Someone at Razer did homework. Their first hot swappable is really good. Now make a barebones and a 60% Razer!

Rgb aspects are extremely versatile once configured in razer synapse software - live stacking layers to get both active and resting rgb effects. Orange tactile switches are much quieter than green predecessors and the stem-to-keycap connection is solid with very little wobble. Switches are smooth and the sound has an enjoyable amount of thock. Aluminum body feels solid and of quality make. Usb connection is clean and with a single cord, your desktop remains stream line. Multimedia scroll bar can be swr to different functions but the tactile feel of the metal roller scroller as it changes is a nice touch. Magnetic arm rest is better than orecious versions- - strong but not overpowered magnets keep the wrist rest secured in place and easily separates feom the keyboard when you need more space (previous one did not connect). Added media keys are a bonus.

Rgb lights are great and bright, smooth and good sounding switches, perfect size, wrist protected easy to attach and unattach

Excellent keyboard for gaming. Actuation and responsiveness is top tier. Razer lighting is gimmicky but always fun. Would recommend for those looking for a full sized keyboard with integrated lighting, macro keys and other useful easy to reach controls.

this keyboard has all the bells and whistles you'd want in an enthusiast-level keyboard, but with the latency/rollover specs you'd expect to see in a high-end gaming keyboard. the 75% layout is wonderful, although it's confusing the over blackwidow v4s lack the same features. i personally love tactile switches, but they're not for everyone. overall i'm very lucky i prefer the board as-is. the price is steep. there's no doubt about iti. but if you don't want to compromise on feel or performance, this keyboard is a great option.

The BlackWidow V4 75% delivers smooth keystrokes and strong build quality. The Orange switches feel great and the lighting is bright and customizable. Only downside is the price, but the overall experience is excellent.

Originally I didn't think that I would use the little scroll wheel for the volume but it has been very consistent, I don't get too crazy with the colors but it looks like there are a lot of options. I have had some trouble with cleaning it but I don't know if thats an issue with the keyboard or I'm just cleaning it wrong. Regardless I like how heavy it is and feels like a solid build.

The size of the keyboard was perfect for my desk & setup. Very comfortable and easy to game & work with. However, I have an issue with the keyboard double typing keys (if not more). Changing the polling rate helps but it did not resolve the issue on my side. Search for "Razer Blackwidow v4 75% typos" and you'll see I'm not the only one experiencing this. I ended up changing the switches.

Honestly, one of the best keyboards I have ever owned. Looks and felt great, ran well for about 6 months no issues. I clean my setup regularly so the keyboard was very well maintained, dusted, etc. After about 6 months, the left shift key started having issues, and after further investigation online this specific model has the issue. It began with the left shift not working maybe 1 in every 9 times I clicked the key, not too bad but in FPS games very noticeable. Then after about another week, the issue got worse and only worked maybe once in every 4 clicks. 24 hours later, the shift key in it's entirety stopped working. I am using caps lock to type this, the keyboard after another week does not work, is fully updated alongside synapse, and still nothing. Replaced keyboard with another one that was on sale, same make and model. Issue happened again, but after only a month. Will not be purchasing this model again, very disappointed with Razer for the first time.
