Amazing quality
I love how it came with some parts already assembled and the lumbar support is incredibly comfortable. Unexpectedly the pillow it came with is so soft and comfortable i actually use it unlike every other gaking chair i just dont use the pillows. The chair is spacious amd fits all of my needs

Best Chair I Ever Bought
This was the easiest chair I ever assembled. They are usually a pain, but this is well built with arms already attached. I almost got the lower end models, but am glad I got this one. It only took several minutes, and the included gloves were a nice touch, but I did not use them. Use the flat thin foam included with the packaging to assemble on top of and you will be good to go. I am 6' 1" - 270 lbs and the firmness is very comfortable.

Great chair for those with back issues.
I was hesitant to spend the $$ on this chair but I'm glad I did! I deal with pain from a spinal fusion surgery and the discomfort of leaning back on a spinal cord stimulator, so a comfortable computer chair is hard to come by for me. This chair is it! I can sit and play on the computer for as long as I'd like without being uncomfortable. All the support adjustments help tailor the seat to your own needs. Great purchase
