Overall, the Razer Seiren V3 is a great microphone. The sound quality is really good, especially for the price, and I’ve been happy with how clear it sounds. The RGB also looks great and gives the mic a nice look on a desk setup. There are a few drawbacks, though. The tap-to-mute sensor can sometimes feel a little slow to respond, which can be annoying when you’re trying to mute quickly. I also wish there was an option to have the RGB completely turn off when the mic is muted. As far as I can tell, the mute lighting has to be set to a color instead of simply turning the lights off. I’ve also had some issues where the RGB will randomly glitch and start flashing different colors. This could possibly be caused by SignalRGB conflicting with Razer Synapse, although the microphone itself doesn’t show up as a controllable device in SignalRGB, so I’m not completely sure what causes it. Besides those issues, it’s still a great microphone. It sounds good, looks good, and works well for gaming, Discord, and general use. If Razer improved the tap-to-mute response and gave users more control over what the RGB does while muted, it would be even better.

its been a pleasure using a nice standalone mic that also matches my other chroma gear. im told im much clearer and less lag compared to my headset.

Mic quality is great. Easy to set up. Worth it for the price range.
