Excellent for my needs!
Purchased for my apartment bedroom. My apartment is under 600 square feet. I think my bedroom is 100 square feet. It was approximately 82 degrees before turning this ac unit on. Within 5 to 10 minutes had cooled it down to 78 degrees. I waited a bit turned it to 70 degrees and it has been working great. Turned the auto eco mode on after I took the picture with temperature gun. Clearly it is blowing out cool air. I have only had this running for a day but have no complaints at all. I just wished the price was lower.

Cools well
It works well, but not as well as my old one. The only thing about it is it's loud. It was easy to put together and get in the window.
