You might not think a cable makes a huge difference, but this RØDE cable is worth the extra cost. I picked this up to connect my microphone to my audio interface, and the signal is crystal clear with absolutely no static or buzzing, even when I move my boom arm around. The build quality feels very robust; the connectors snap in securely with a satisfying click and don't wiggle at all. The 10-foot length is perfect for a desktop setup—long enough to route cleanly behind the monitor but not so long that it creates a mess. Solid choice for clean audio.

Needed this same day for a film shoot for our Lav Mic system, works great also works within the perfect length while still being able to be coiled around for shorter length if needed.

These are my first XLR cables. I didnt know they have multiple colors. Black is only available at the store, so I have no choice. They look well-made. Cable says MADE IN JAPAN. Connected these to a Behringer Audio mixer out to a pair or Alto Powered Speakers. No hums, static or anything. They are a little bit expensive. You get what you pay for.
