Premium quality. A must if you have a mac and wanted to use external mic.
Pretty simple and to the point. It essentially lets you connect your mic to your iPhone's 3.5mm lightning adapter. Not 5 stars because of it's price and because the first one I purchased did not work with one mic, but did with the other. A simple no brand version worked with both mics. I called Rode and they had it replaced. Good customer service.

Had to have this cable right away for a wedding. Didn't have a TRRS cable for audio in to the camera with me. Found a Best Buy nearby that had one in store. Saved the day Worked perfectly as promised.

The adapter seems well-made and works as intended, but unfortunately it wasn't compatible with my specific device. Make sure to double-check compatibility before purchasing. Otherwise, it’s a solid product.

So happy that I found this adapter! Now I can record into my MacBook Pro using the audio jack! I do wish it cost a bit less. The cost of adapters and accessories adds up quickly!

It is a very small adapter, but it is working well for my purpose: audio output from mixer to MacBook as an audio input source

This SC4 along with the TRS/TRRS was a good setup for me to use with the Rose GO2 wireless mic. From my YouTube research. I purchased these connectors and when setup the Rode to the DJI-RC and flown my drone. I was very excited that it worked without any set backs or issues. It’s was very nice on how it came together the first time. I’m really happy with my toys.

If you buy a RØDE VideoMicro On-Camera Cardioid Condenser Microphone, you'll need to buy this adapter. I'm so glad that I bought my microphone at my local Best Buy store and that the sales clerk told me that I need to purchase adapter. I wouldn't have known. It would have been nice if it was included with the microphone. But, all in all, this adapter does what it's supposed to do.

Simple but so useful! This simple and tiny product is used to send audio from my laptop to a radio station.
Rode SC4 3.5 mm to 3.5 mm female /male microphone adapter worked fine with my rode mike system.

This is what you need to plug a Rode small shotgun mic into a lightning adapter. This is required. Works well for this purpose.

Let's be honest, this is a very simple product. Either it works or it doesn't right? And this certainly works! Adapters aren't fun to have to use, but they're a necessity sometimes. This one works fine

We have been struggling to figure to why our wireless Rode Go microphones didn't seem to be working on FB live with an iPhone. Found this cable to be one of the keys to at least get the phone to see the microphone. Now the last trick is with FB live you have to plug in the microphone after you start the live event. For people that this isn't our job or background and just trying to do this for a small club this was a mess to figure out. Glad we found this cable.

Worked perfectly with an iPad and iPhone AFTER downloading a video software (I use Promovie recorder but hear good things about Filmmic pro). It did not work with the built in Apple software; the software isn't designed to be used with an external mic. I haven't found a software I like for the Android so I don't use it with my LG but it does work on the phone with a third-party software.

Bought it for my iPhone 8 for backup audio recording using a micro mic. But silly me, I lost the 3.5 adaptor so now it’s just collecting dust on the shelf. Borrowed this product few years back and paired it with my iPhone 5. Worked fantastic but now it’s just good for other devices which I don’t own that has a 3.5 jack input. Not worth the $15 price tag though.

Good product. Worked well with a MacBook Air. No issues bringing external, unbalanced, microphone level audio into the laptop through the "headset" jack. Balanced would likely work as well.

Bought this after the one I picked up on Amazon was a faulty knockoff. A must have if you want to use a lav mic on a laptop or phone.

Great product to combine with your rode microphone. Is necessary for your laptop.
