Originally purchased this case as I had a trip to take to Denver to visit friends and also a concert. While the case is definitely bigger, the trade off to have more storage inside was worth it. Being able to unload both the switch 2 in kickstand mode and use my pro controller was great during my time in the flight and some downtime I had at the hotel. If you don’t mind the bigger size, it’s not a big price difference to house some additional items for travel. Really awesome case and highly recommended for anyone who travels with their pro controller and doesn’t want it hitting random buttons while out of a casing.

This switch 2 carrying case is a present for my son for Christmas m. It is perfect to carry the gaming system, games, the joysticks AND a SD card. And the case is nice and compact! What more could you ask for?!?!

As always, RDS makes the best cases for your console and dock. If you want a case to also hold the Pro Controller, get the $40 version from RDS. This case is compact enough to fit in your standard backpack.

This is by far the most compact and useful case for the switch 2. It is not big and it has a handle. Not to mention THE AMOUNT of stuff you can fit. I was able to fit 2 pro controllers and a couple of cables easy and for only 30$ but this please.

Had this carrying case for my Switch OLED. It was a no-brainer to get one for my Switch 2. Carries everything I need while keeping them protected.

This is a great case for quick store-and-go type people who want to take their switch with them when they travel or even just going to a friends house. I was grateful to have this when i was travelling on long plane ride so i could use my switch and then store it safely without worrying about it being damaged. Definitely a worthy purchase.

This case has amazing storage, you can fit all of your system in here, from the dock cords and a pro controller. for 30 bucks its a no brainer.

I love this case. Ergonomic to fit two controllers and a system charger if done correctly, and it is very durable. The best Switch 2 case of you're on the go.

This case is great, fits everything including a pro controller, joy con straps, lots of game cartridge spaces, and a pouch for extra items. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the bulky feel (which is just a personal preference), and the strap holding the switch feels weird to use at first.

I love that it fits everything needed to dock the Switch

I wanted a simple gaming travel case and that’s what I got.

The case is very nice. Has compartments for the system, a pro controller, some cables and even game cartidges. Its well padded, but unfortunately the zipper pull broke within a few hours of getting it.

Good protection, holds 12 games in the slots, system, (pro controller or dock) and joycon grip( if you use it ) and good quality pouch for the wires. Great compact size for travel. If you want the version that holds everything ( switch, pro controller, dock, wires,) etc go for the bigger size one. If you want a more compact way to go and just pocket the controller go for this. This one works for me because I am using a backpack. 5/5

I picked up the Nintendo Licensed Switch 2 Game Traveler Deluxe System Case to protect our new Switch 2, and it has ended up being one of the most useful accessories we’ve purchased. The build quality is the first thing that stands out. The case feels sturdy and well-made, with a hard outer shell that gives real protection when traveling or when the kids toss it into a backpack. It doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy at all. Inside, the layout is very organized. There’s a padded compartment for the Switch 2 itself, and it fits securely without sliding around. The included game card slots are a nice touch—you can carry multiple games without losing them or mixing them up. The mesh pocket also has plenty of room for small accessories like cords, earbuds, or an extra Joy-Con set. The zipper and handle feel durable, which is important when the case is carried around constantly. Everything about the case feels designed to last, even with daily use. If I had to point out one small downside, it’s that you can’t fit the full-size dock inside, which means this case is mainly for taking the handheld system and essentials—not the entire setup. But for travel, car rides, or school bags, it’s more than enough. Overall, the Nintendo Licensed Game Traveler Deluxe Case does exactly what it promises. It protects the Switch 2 well, keeps everything organized, and feels built to handle regular family use. For the price, it’s a great investment for keeping the system safe.

Big enough to hold what you need it to but still compact enough to fit in a backpack without any hassle. I do wish the switch 2 would fit a bit more snuggly (pencil for reference for the gap) but it still seems well secured and the hard case seems solid so it feels like chances of damage are small. Also had a weird smell when I first got it but it goes away if you air it out for a little bit.

Fits the dock, switch with joycons attached, and a charger or another pair of joycons. The case is very sturdy. The only con is that the velcro strap to put over the dock doesn't stick super easily, but I can usually make it work and the dock is already pretty snug and secure inside

It is a good size for yhe switch 2. Has a lot of space and the game can be stored at different angles. Has a few slots for physical game cards. Is sturdy and hard on yhe outside to prevent it from getting squished. Works well.

I recently moved and bought this case for the trip because I didn’t want my Switch 2 getting damaged. Really glad I did. The build quality is something else. Even if it drops from a skyscraper, I'm pretty sure nothing inside is breaking. The Switch 2 fits perfectly, and there’s even room for a Pro Controller or the dock (not both), plus several game slots. Comes with a nice little mesh bag for the adapter. Everything stays pretty snug and protected. Just has that premium feel you’d expect from an official Nintendo licensed product. If you travel or move around a lot, this case is easily worth it. Peace of mind knowing your console is safe makes it worth the price.

Wow! This case was bigger than we expected but that's not a bad thing. It holds the switch 2 a bunch of games and it doubles as a holding stand also. It's a great traveling case for everything you need to continue playing
