The battery went in very easily! Getting the old one out was a problem! It was in there a long time and was stuck in place. The new battery works perfectly!

The batteries were very easy to install and they are performing very well. Certainly, I recommend the seller, because the batteries arrived the day they were supposed to.

I've had my APC XS1000 for several years and during a recent power outage realized the batteries are no longer holding enough charge to keep my system running long enough to shut it down. This replacement battery is a simple plug and play solution. After install I let it charge for a couple of days, then pulled the plug from the wall. My desktop computer with 2 monitors ran for almost 30 minutes before I lost power. Completely happy I was able to replace the battery instead of having to buy a completely new battery backup.

I got this item fast & in great condition. It was undamaged and it charged up fully. It’s working just fine. It was packed very well.

Easy to install and an economical option to extend the life of the UPS.

Pulled out the old battery and popped it in the the my Back-UPS XS 1500 charged it up and the UPS was just like new. Way better purchase than having to buy an entire new APC battery backup. I highly recommend going this route than having to buy an entire unit if all you need is a new battery.

Had my APC UPS for a number of years and the battery went bad. This was the replacement needed and much cheaper than buying a new UPS. Was easy to replace. Make user you order the right one for you UPS.

So after a few years of use from my APC UPS the battery failed. It was a struggle getting the old battery out but simple to order this APC replacement battery and slide it right into the UPS. Finding your replacement battery cartridge number is as easy as going to the APC website and searching for your model number of UPS. Then come back to Bestbuy and search for the battery cartridge number....#123 in this case.

So easy to replace this battery. So glad I did not need to replace the whole UPS!
