The watch and band arrived quickly and in perfect condition. With that said, I gave it to a friend. It came with zero instructions, so ChatGPT helped me set it up. I've been a Fitbit user since 2013 and decided to try an Apple Watch when all accounts had to be moved to Google. All I need it for is tracking my steps, activity, and sleep. I don't need all the bells and whistles that come with an Apple Watch, and I don't like having to charge it daily. I'm an old dog who hates to learn new tricks, so I'm sticking with my Fitbit. I was able to make a friend happy, though. She loved her Apple Watch, and it died, and she was thrilled to have this one.

The screen is bright, the watch runs smoothly, and I've had no issues with performance. The Midnight color also looks really clean and goes with almost anything. Overall, I would definitely recommend this watch to anyone looking for a reliable smartwatch without spending a ton of money. It has all the features most people need and offers great value for the price.

Great deal for refurbished item - rarely have I had an issue with items serviced by Best Buy - will continue to purchase.
