I received my order — an Apple Watch Ultra 2 that arrived with scratches, an aftermarket charger, and a ounterfeit Magnetic Stainless Steel Mesh band instead of the Titanium Milanese Loop. The Titanium Milanese Loop was the main reason I placed this order. My first order also came with a counterfeit band, which I returned to Best Buy. I then placed a completely new order. Before this second order shipped, I even sent a message asking that the items be verified, and I received a reply assuring me everything would be correct. Despite that, this order also arrived with the wrong (and very cheap) counterfeit band. This has been extremely frustrating, especially after taking extra steps to prevent the same issue. I’ve been asking for a resolution for almost two weeks with no progress. At this point, I’m returning the product again. Best Buy has always been a trusted place to buy electronics, but the Marketplace sellers are damaging that reputation. Best Buy should be far more careful when selecting third‑party sellers, as experiences like this undermine customer trust.
