Perfect condition, looks brand new. I had to purchase this console for work and didn't plan on using it to much for personal reasons. The packaging was very nice, console runs as if I spent full price. You'll need to buy XBL Gold to play online which isn't included. Used Site to Store. Delivery was flawless. 10/10 Buying again.

Great value. Packaged like new. Can't tell the difference. Even came with 14 day Xbox live code. Only thing missing was the headset / mic. But not a deal breaker.

This was a great option for the price. For $199 you can't go wrong and best buy also allows you to purchase the 2 year protection plan on the system. So although being a refurbished system you can still have the peace of mind with the protection plan.

Amazing deal I'm very happy it works perfectly it looks brand new if it didn't have the refurbished sticker on the Xbox one (which is easy to take off and doesn't leave any stickiness) then I would have thought it was brand new if you on a budget then I would get this and it also comes with a free 14 day trial for Xbox live gold I would recommend this to anyone!

I saw this refurbished model online and saw the incredible low price that I knew I had too get it. Purchased it for my girlfriend so she could have her own and we wouldn't have too fight over my system. Combined with my bb rewards of $100 off I got the system for less than $100. That's a steal considering I don't need the kinect, and space wasn't an issue so I didn't need the new white slim model. Purchased 2 year protection since it is refurbished for even more peace of mind. You can't go wrong for the price if all you want is your basic system.

I don't usually buy refurbished items but I bought this for my 11 year old at the time and it seems to be perfect for him and I have had no issues with it yet so far it's a great product

We bought two of them and have not had an issue with either after using them pretty consistently for a year. Good way to save a few bucks.

the referb xbox deal at bestbuy is a good buy. i thought about the s but in the end it's not worth the money. this referb looks brand new and has zero issues. would recommend to anyone looking for a deal.

I was able to grab this system quickly with in store pick up and plays flawlessly. Controller looks brand new as does the system. Downloads all updates easily and starts the game with no problems.

I needed an Xbox one so that the grand kids could play their games when they came over to our house. This unit met the need and was easy to get up and running. I may get into some game playing myself now. Plus I like to watch my college football team on ESPN3 and movies on Netflix.

We purchased this as a secondary Xbox for our entertainment center. Happy with unit, its clean, runs properly, all standard parts included. Would recommend refurbished Xbox to anyone looking to save some money, just as good as the new, just more cost effective!

So I always have some concern when purchasing refurbished items. That being said this item seemed as new and has been working as such as well. Came boxed up as new with a thin ribbon around the top of the box that read refurbished. At any rate very satisfied and my son loves it so there you go.

This refurbished xbox came in an original xbox green box and looked brand new. Accessories were shrinked wrapped, xbox pristine without a scratch on it. Without the refurbished sticker and price point, I would've thought of as new. An excellent value!

Decided to upgrade from the 360 so I could play dishonored 2 and dying light. Overall I'm satisfied with the system, it pretty much does everything I could want. Only thing I don't really like is the new home screen. I'm a creature of habit so changing from the 360 layout was a bit annoying. I also hate that you have to download every game disk to your hard drive in order to play it. I only have 3 games on disk and a few from live downloads and my HD is almost halfway used up. I'm glad a lot of my old games are backwards compatible so I don't need to rebuy them. Another bad aspect is that if you get a free game with gold membership, once your membership runs out you cannot play that free download anymore.

I recommend buying refurbished from Best Buy anytime. I couldn't even tell a Difference from the new one and refurbished one. It came in a factory box and looks like new. Works great very happy with it. I would highly recommend.

I don't normally purchase refurb systems I like that new system smell. Since I am now a responsible father and husband my gaming budget isn't what it use to be ( complaining here). I did buy the refurb Xbox one and I could not have been happier it has been just as good as I new from day one. Even is there was no headset like a new one still. It even had that new system smell. Stunning graphics and great games. Would do it again.
