Pleasantly surprised. I love ski fi and fantasy and I'm a little wary of movies that venture into the occult. They usually end poorly - I hate how the suspense builds only to be let down that it is just some stupid bloody gore slasher ending or some third rate cheesy exorcist or Amityville knockoff. However, this one had an intriguing twist that held my interest and didn't get cheesy. Bravo.

This movie is based upon true events about regression therapy and the issues that have been connected to its use. I found the story good and disturbing at points (which I believe was the point the film maker was going for). I thought Ethane Hawke & Emma Watson were great in their rolls.

Happy to see that Ethan Hawke didn't die in this movie. I thought the story was interesting especially the scenes where the doctor regressed these people because it really opens your eyes to what is real and what isn't. Are these memories really what happened? I was intrigued by this part of the movie. It really got me thinking about the world of Psychology and Hypnosis and how it seems you can almost manipulate the outcome. Very interesting movie, but a bit on the boring side.

Regression was one of those movies that keeps you guessing who the actual bad guy is...I would highly recommend Regression to anyone who is in to psychological thrilling movies. So glad I bought it as a great add to my movie collection!

Didn't hear about the movie. Glad I took the gamble great thriller! Reminded me of good 90s thriller mysteries. The satanic element had some great details. I would suggest this to any of my friends. Two thumbs up!

This is a pretty good flick about the wave of "satanic" crimes that were reported to have gone on a few decades ago... Story was compelling, acting was good, got it for a good price... what's not to like???

This is a really good thriller with some horror elements. There are some serious adult-related issues discussed, so this movie is an adult movie, not for younger children.

I liked the DVD but the plot is slow in places. More a psychological thriller than a horror flick. Ethan Hawke is good as his usual in his movie roles.

I never heard of the movie before i saw it in the store and read about it. It kept my attention and i love the actors. I would recommend seeing it

This movie is quite the nail biter. A real thriller, with terrific acting. I already bought it for my sister too!

This is based on real story and demonstrates how mass hysteria makes people believe the impossible.

Nothing earth shattering but not a bad flick either . Beats many reruns .

Despite its amazing leads in Hawke and Watson, this story could have used some more building up to when it came to the end.. It has a little of the Crucible type of vibe but no real payoff.
