I purchased items for installation in Nov of ‘22 and was supposed to have installation dates in Jan of ‘23. My original installation appointments were rescheduled twice and I ended up having to go to a Best Buy over an hour from my home to have the installations completed. I think it goes without saying that I was skeptical of the end result. However, I’m happy to say that I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received! Lead Autotech, Nick, at the Greenwood, IN store, was incredible! I had him tied up for a day and a half doing two remote start installs, a stereo with all the bells and whistles, an amp, and two subs. His installation looks incredible! Everything is tucked away and hidden nice and neat. He took great care in working around all other accessories that I have on my truck. Nick went from an installation on our tiny Fiat to an installation on our giant truck like it was nothing. He took the time to carefully explain all the details and functionalities of everything that he installed. I can’t say enough great things about Nick. He truly saved what was looking like it might be a a negative Best Buy experience.

Finally, Greek Squad's installed remote stater on my car 2019 toyota camry today at Best Buy(Frederick Crossing) after waiting an over 2 months. The remote start has a really good range and works great. Thank you to Mr. Josh who installed it and highly recommend this product and their service.

Product works Great and Mobile app is such an upgrade for an older vehicle, The Installer was amazing and did a great job. He was more than helpful and super knowledgeable. This cruiser is over 20 years old and it has been restored with care. He understood and appreciated my interest in this job not just being done, but done to the highest standard as this car is in perfect shape for its age. I am very happy with the entire experience and the product.

I love my remote start this is the best car purchase that I have made ! With having toddlers & wanting to have the vehicle warm and cozy for them always . Not to mention it only took 2 hours for geek squad to install . 10/10 recommend

Just wow! I had a great experience and the Customer service was fantastic! The gentlemen that serviced my car was very knowledgeable and took the time to teach me everything about the remote starter. He was also early to the appointment and was very kind. Online it says it could take a couple hours but he got it done within an hour and went over all the specifications with me. I waited inside while my vehicle was being serviced and each and every employee in Best Buy were kind, knowledgeable and welcoming. Thank you Mr. Car tech (cannot remember his name) Geek Squad and Best Buy staff!

The installer was awesome. He was able to accommodate my work schedule, was super helpful, and did a great job! The security alarm is exactly what I wanted and works perfectly. Plus it came with cool key fobs and now I also have keyless entry!!! He also was able to save me money by getting me hooked up with the Total Tech Membership which I greatly appreciate. Overall great experience. Would recommend!

Remote start when in with no issues. Very fast install. No wires hanging out and the remote antenna fit perfect next to the center mirror. cant even tell it is there. Nice installers and VERY happy with the speed of install.

This review is for the three different services I had done by Jack in the last two months. I started with a remote start kit for my car. The job was excellent! I decided to do the same thing with my truck, the same great service, and results. Jack has one of the best customer-centric attitudes that most companies lack these days. Because of "Jack", I decided to upgrade my radio system as well. Jack goes above and beyond and took his time to design a system for my truck, he handed me a list and we just installed it last week. WOW! What a big difference. The only reason for all the purchases I have done (thousands) is because of Jack's attitude towards myself as a customer. This is truly something most companies do not provide anymore. Jack's knowledge is also above the norm, if he doesn't know it, he will learn it. I did not plan on all these upgrades but Jack made it easy and installed all of my upgrades with professionalism. *Management* Jack is a CRITICAL asset to BB, he should be recognized and appreciated. He has set the bar very high for other employees, hopefully, all customers fill the same as I do when they come in for service. Jack deserves a raise!!! Jack will always handle any service I need from now on. Great job Jack!!!

Its been really nice to have a remote start and keyless entry on my late 90s 4runner. Works perfectly and have not had one issue in 4 weeks and counting.
