I bought many from bestbuy during last three years for personal use or the gift to my friends/family. It can be regarded as a 6 in 1 product: compass, flashlight, warning light, window crash tool, safety belt cutter, camping light.

This Renogy Product is one of my fondest buys in a long time. I live off the grid, so any item with a solar panel built in is right ‘up my alley!’ It has multiple illumination modes including two red emergency flashing modes if you were ever to break down or get in a rescue situation! I am not a back packer, but I think this would be an outstanding buy for that purpose. It also has a seat belt cutter and window smasher if you were ever in some other kind of an emergency. From my tiny home, to my center console in my car to my campsite, this solar flashlight is built like a tank, yet compact and so very much worth the money. Matter of fact, I never expected even near the qualityI got upon opening the box!!! Bought my daughter one for Christmas for her car too! Oh yeah, you can also charge this via USB or use it to throw a little charge into your phone. This is a forward thinking product and we need more ‘brilliant’ possessions like this in the future! No more batteries in the landfill!

This flashlight is perfect to keep in the car with its multiple functions from beam light, broadcast lighting, to emergency warning lights. Beyond that it has the glass breaker and seatbelt cutter. It seems very solid, it's bright, and it's always ready to go with solar charging.

Got this for $10 off the regular price. It is really more than just a flashlight. It has a seat belt cutter and a glass breaker. It can be charged via micro-USB or via solar charging. It is not the lightest flashlight but it is very bright and also has an emergency strobe mode. I was able to charge it via the sun but it took more than a few days of being exposed to direct sunlight to fully charge it. I only wish it used USB-C instead of micro-USB in case the cable gets lost. Please note that if you charge it via USB, you will need a Micro USB power adapter. Please note that this flashlight is not waterproof. It is is perfect for your car though if you use it for backpacking, be aware of the heft and weight.

What a one-stop-shop flashlight!!! The light is super bright and has a dimmer light for those jobs that don't require blinding light. I love the versatility of the 'regular' flashlight and the sidelight. The very best thing about this flashlight is it doesn't take batteries. It is solar charged. If for some reason you need it charged without sunlight, you can plug in the USB plug to charge. It's lightweight and well built. I almost forgot the reason I originally bought it, the window breaker and seatbelt cutter. I would buy this flashlight for friends and family.

for my family in the car. Solidly constructed, and gives off a bright discharge. Hopefully we'll never have to use the seatbelt cutter of the window breaker, but it's good to know that the features are there. Haven't tried the solar charging yet, but another cool feature. I purchased this on sale as one of the Deals of the Day and have since purchased a second one.

Useful flashlight with bonus aspects. Several safety features for emergency purposes! The light can be super bright, regular, then there’s a strobe light. There’s a magnet and a piece to break glass or cut a seatbelt if needed. You just never know if/when those things may be needed.

This a great safety flashlight, has the glass/window breaker, seat belt cutting blade, multi mode flashing white and red lights and a battery bank to charge electronics. All around great tool, very happy.

The flashlight has several option and is super bright even though my main purpose of buying this flashlight is for glass breaker and seat belt cutter. I like it so much that I bought 3 more for my friends and they all love it.

Wow! Better than I expected. Very versatile. Sturdy product and feels good in hand. I like all the features as described and look forward to testing out each outdoors. Simple and easy to use. Charge is quick with the usb charge cord and the convenient charge with the solar charge which worked fine when tested. Highly recommended.

The flashlight has a wide range of view that can be narrowed to extend the beam many yards away. The light is the brightest I have ever encountered, other than those used by law enforcement nationwide. It also has multi-function items on it, although I have not as yet tested them. Bottom line: I highly recommend this flashlight.

Saw this sale and gave it a try. Solid unit, very bright. I keep it by a window so it's constantly charging. Haven't had a chance to fully test the battery capacity yet. So far, am very pleased w/ the quality and cost basis. Only issue is you have to unscrew the bottom cap to charge by wire. An extra step.

I absolutely love this flashlight. It has so many features. My favorite being the USB that charges my phone! All the lights are great for an emergency situation. And I can't wait to see how it charges in the sun. This was great for the price, on sale! High recommend for all you preppers out there!

Solid sturdy light. Very bright. Haven't had a chance to see how long it holds charge, or how well it charges with the built-in solar panel yet. USB charging was fast. I was disappointed to discover that it will only flash in red mode; there is no option for steady red lighting. The glass-breaker certainly looks like it would do the job!

This is bright and near blinding. I have total confidence I would be seen in the side of the road. Th magnet is really strong and holds onto the car well. This 500 model is brighter than the previous 200 model. As well as smaller, sleeker and smoother. The 500 makes more sense by moving the window punch from the head (in the old 200 model) to the rear handle area. Smart improvement. Don’t be fooled by the solar panel. This is a rechargeable flashlight! It would take forever to solar charge from zero to 100%. The panel is more like a backup trickle charger.

Nice bright flashlight. I like having a rechargeable flashlight that is ready when needed. It is primarily designed to be kept in a car because of the window smashing point and the seat belt cutter, but I have it stuck on my refrigerator with the attached magnet in case of a power outage.

I was worried this flashlight wouldn't be bright enough, but man...its blinding. Alot of options including glass breaker, seatbelt cutter and red hazard side lights. Great deal. I havent charged it via solar yet, so we will see how it does when Im able to test it outside

Great flashlight; you can charge it from sunlight or via a USB cable. Different levels/modes of light; also is an emergency escape device from vehicles (seat belt cutter; window breaker). A great flashlight to keep in your car for emergencies.
