This generator works. We had a power outage for over 18 hours. It charged my phone, my laptop, and my hotspot, and the flashlight saved us from being in the dark. I was able to use it without running out of battery power the whole time. I especially appreciate it for the A/C plug. A cheaper generator doesn't have that feature. I plan to buy another one to see if it will work for my wifi. I recommend this for the job that it does. Good buy!

We were without power for almost 2 days last month. This unit provided power for a recliner that lifts erson to upright. The person uses the recliner 24/7. Power usage was 10% of capacity

Works great. Used it for a 4 day camping trip and was able to charge multiple phones daily and other things and we still had 50% battery on the way home

I have been searching for an item like this one. I can absolutely say the price offer is great and Best Buy gives a great description you can understand. They are not too technical in wording. What I like about this energy user when the power is out. It has an AC out let. This is what I feel is most essential as well as there being lights on both sides. That's a plus if you are in a inclosed area. The sale price is great.
