Love the cameras

Cameras provide a great view for added security. Install was easy with Poe. I bought the Reolink network switch to make it even easier. The mounting is easy and you can turn the camera anyway to get it the perfect view

Poor Functionality and No Smart Detection

I'll start with the good. Easy to install. Thats the end. These cameras are incredibly frustrating once you start using them. You can't disable the motion feature that constantly starts recording during rain, lighting, or just about any inclement weather. You can set it to 1 but not 0. Lightning forces the camera to go from IR to color mode and it will trigger the detection alarm. The IR lights attract bugs and every little bug triggers the detection alarm. These cameras fooled me from the start by marketing "smart" camera detection but I assure you they are not smart. There is no AI detection on these models and very few settings you can edit to limit these alarms. I would not be purchasing these cameras or any like them again. Waste of money.

Dear Jared, Sorry you are not happy with the Reolink NVR System, - understand your frustrations regarding the rain triggering motion - this should be eliminated by changing the sensitivity settings and also there is AI Detection - Person, Vehicle and Pet settings that will only trigger motion when this type of object enters the scene - if you would like us to review to make sure you dont have a faulty product please call - Phone number: +1 8888951558○.
