I love this product the money that I paid is worth it very good quality I really recommend it

The setup is really annoying. It basically repeats setup instructions in a dozen languages as soon as you power it on, so I eventually got annoyed and unplugged it. Like the battery-powered one I bought, the app will NOT stream live or recorded video through a VPN. Add in the false advertising part: the box says it works with Google Assistant, but Google can not detect the camera.

I recently added this Reolink Security Cam to my home setup, and I'm impressed. Installation was simple, straightforward instructions, it was up and running in minutes. Integrating it with my existing Reolink camera was seamless using the same app, which is user-friendly. I chose this brand because there are no membership fees. The video quality is great, especially providing clear images at night. Wi-Fi connectivity is reliable with no issues. I also have it enabled to share the camera feed to my Google Nest, Highly recommended for anyone looking to upgrade their home security system.

When I first purchased this Reolink I was satisfied with the ease of connecting the camera to the app, the internet,all the features such as motion tracking, object detection, 2 way sound, the spotlight and the fact that the camera would record on to the SD memory card without the need for a internet or network connection. I specifically wanted a camera with wifi and ethernet. Mine is connected by ethernet directly to my router. Normally the phone app receives video from the camera without any lag and the camera is quick to respond to PTZ commands from the app. BUT NOT ALWAYS and it seems like its always when I need the camera to respond to my command to record, move, or take a snapshot that the requested command will fail or the video will freeze or the connection to the camera will suddenly drop to 0.00kb, or the camera just does something other than what the camera settings are set to do. For example suddenly track a objective that is in the unmonitored zone instead of tracking a vehicle that is moving within the set area to monitor, suddenly pan past the set pan limits and pan to the physical pan limit of the camera while the camera should be recording a object that is still in the monitor zone, during the set recording time limit and the return to monitored zone setting is turned off. Resulting in not fully recording the object or motion and recording the wall behind the camera that the camera is mounted to. Also the sound from the camera both in live view and the recorded videos is highly distorted the volume is so low that its impossible to hear someone speak or to understand the sounds you hear when people are on the video and talking. Ive contacted Reolink support about these issues. They do respond back promptly but yet have not offered any helpful solutions and they have asked for a video from the camera multiple times even after ive uploaded a video and screen shots of the camera settings when i first emailed support and again in replys with a very detail description of the events in the video and screen shots of the camera settings, multiple times.

I purchased this camera one week ago to monitor my back patio and small, fenced-in yard. It's my first security camera, and I am using it to monitor workers in our townhome complex who have damaged our property. The physical installation of the camera was simple. Two screws into the top of the wall of my enclosed patio near the ceiling. The camera twists onto the mount with a few turns, and the nice long AC power cord plugged into my outdoor outlet. No extension cord needed. I formatted the 64g SD card and connected the camera to my wifi network before mounting it. The camera itself produces great crisp video footage. I'm not sure why Reolink doesn't include more descriptions of the multitude of options and settings available in the Reolink app. From push notifications and customizable email alerts about animal, vehicle, or person detection (and this camera misses nothing - several video clips of wasps flying through the viewing area), to cropping out sections of the camera's view so that they won't be seen. I can't imagine any other features that would be needed in the app that aren't already there. 3 resolution settings help you save room on the SD card. After a week of the camera recording on the lowest resolution setting, I've filled up just over 31 gigs of the 64 gig card. The app combined with this great camera makes for a very sophisticated, yet user-friendly security system. Couldn't be happier.

I purchased one camera to test and see if i wanted to replace my current ring system. The camera was difficult to connect to my network but in the end i was able to get it to work. For the money i am very impressed with the picture quality and the ease of use and the features it has. I love the tracking option and plan to replace all my ring cameras with this if it doesn't fall apart in the near future. I was surprise that i can view this camera off-site without a subscription.

These are great, easy to setup and amazing quality video, 4k! The tracking is on point. Hands down a solid product for your home security and for piece of mind. I recommend getting a set of 2 128gb sd cards

Nice camera, I like the option of using a microsd card. The app is easy to use. Nice 4k video and night vision. I definitely recommend getting a security camera.

Great for security and keeping track of pets in yard.

It works as I wanted a nice camera without having to pay forba subscription. You store everything on a sd card via camera body. Nice to be able to watch my house while I'm at work. You can pan and zoom which is nice video is very clear. You can talk through it, also has a light and siren.
