This is an upgrade to my remote car start sytem. The installation was done by Greek sqard support and was very seamless. Now my range and features have enhanced. Haven't experienced any issues since installation. The product works great due to its acknowledgement feature which was missing in last model.

I truly like the fact that the distance to start my truck has dramatically increased. Also the time the truck gets to stay running is great. The only thing I wish it would blend more with the features of the factory remote start system

Two way communicator remote easy to program. Needed a replacement because the old buttons were out. Just like the original. Zero problems.

we upgraded my moms key fob for her remote start with this one and so far its been great. so easy to use and she loves the confirmation it sends back

This is an awesome remote start! I installed it on my 2001 truck and it works like a dream. I have a newer vehicle (2010) that has factory remote start and it doesn't have nearly the range this aftermarket viper remote start has. I can be inside a building and it starts every time. The factory start I have to be able to see the vehicle in order to start it, but by then what's the point. The factory remote start cost or more than the aftermarket… Go figure. I will never have a factory remote start again !

The upgrade to the car starter was a good buy. It has a real good distance so you can start the car while you are still in the mall grocery store or pretty much anywhere you would like to come back to a warm or cool car.

A costly little item. I have no choice to buy it because there was no other replacement at a lower cost. I could have almost bought an a new system for the price.

Replacement remote works perfectly after a quick reprogramming my only negative is the cost, they are expensive.

Worked perfectly and wasn't too hard to program. Looked on package as well as YouTube for programming.

This remote works a great distance. My wife loves that she can push a button in the hospital, come out and sit in a warm car.

Replacement for a 5 year old remote start so I’d say that’s not a bad lifespan.

Starts my car every time. Saves trips outside. Snows in Colorado and gets very cold so this was definitely a good investment
