Resident Evil 7 Biohazard completely surprised me with how immersive and scary it is. From the moment the game starts, the atmosphere immediately pulls you in and makes you feel like something is wrong. The first-person perspective makes everything feel much more personal because you aren't just watching the horror happen—you feel like you're actually trapped inside it. What I enjoyed most was the combination of exploration, survival horror, puzzles, and action. The game doesn't constantly throw enemies at you, which makes the moments when something does happen feel much more intense. Exploring the house and never knowing what might be around the next corner kept me on edge. The graphics and sound also make a huge difference. Playing with headphones makes the experience even better because you can hear footsteps, doors, and other sounds around you, which creates a constant feeling of tension. The environments are detailed enough that I often found myself looking around carefully before moving forward. I also really liked the Gold Edition because it includes additional content that gives you even more Resident Evil 7 to play after the main story. For anyone who enjoys horror games, survival games, or the Resident Evil series, I think this is an excellent addition to a PS5 collection. Overall, Resident Evil 7 Biohazard is one of those games that creates an experience rather than simply giving you something to play. It's creepy, intense, atmospheric, and genuinely fun. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a horror game that will keep them on the edge of their seat.

A true return to the series horror roots and first person aspect really adds to the horror/stress of the game. This is the best way to describe it. The first ones from Resident 0 - CODE Veronica it was like Night of the Living Dead. Then in 4-6 it was vastly different and was more like Invasion of the Body Snatchers. This one is like The Texas Chainsaw Massacre and it really works because you stay in the same area like the originals. You also have less ammunition and heals so you really have to conserve. So if you like Resident Evil or horror games or just great games, I highly recommend this game.

This game is what brought back resident evil on the map again. Its scary with plenty of twists and turns. The graphics, sound, voice acting and gameplay are excellent. Definitely a must buy!
