A: From what I’ve seen from the preorder confirmation email, the preorder bonus is the only thing that gets emailed to you. The rest should come with the physical copy.

A: Afaik, the entire run of physical copies' first pressing was sold out. The best bet is to order from Capcom directly or search the stores they're listing on the site.

A: Been available for preorder over a month now. Costs approximately 97 dollars. They'll only charge once it ships, so you're likely to be getting a few messages regarding charges. It's only due to the hold expiry after 10 days. So be sure to either pay cash in store, or have the 100 bux on your card
A: It was a single disc, a deluxe edition content card code, and a lenticular numbered collectible card. Digital version is sold right on Capcom website. Eventually, you will be finding the steelbook covers on ebay and whatnot... Game is worth every penny.
