Q: How does this work on type 4 hair and a kinky pattern?
A: It works pretty good but not great. The videos online I viewed by the company show straighter hair than the results I obtain on my daughter’s 4C hair type. It’s gentle so really good for kids.
Q: Can I use on dry hair- and what are the different number mean
A: I use the highest setting but I’ve only used on damp hair. I don’t think you would obtain the best results with dry hair. The different settings are for the amount of tension. I use the higher setting to get straightest results. If I were using for drying braids I would use lower setting.
Q: Can I use this on a long hair dog that sheds?
A: Yes! My hubby and I both have long Hair and it works! I’ve noticed less shedding too

Q: This have returns if I use it? And how many days do I have to return?
A: Only fifteen days. Which is rediculous.
