quality is amazing during the day both front and rear cameras. don't forget to format the memory card at least once a month as the instructions states, it could be reason some had issues with the quality of the video as I was reading some of the 1 star reviews. front camera's quality is spotless and amazing, but I just with they could do something about rear camera night time quality (front camera quality is a lot better at night though), not that it has anything to do with this particular rexing dash cam, but the rear camera quality at night is not acceptable (picture attached, and I'm parked right under the light). day time quality is really good though, pictures of attached of front camera.

I like the dash camera. The adjustable viewing angle is a nice feature as I drive a lifted truck. Great display. Its nice it can support up to 128gb memory card. Rear cam is clear and you can view it overlapping your front cam display. Good sound. I am not a fan of not being able to charge it on the wall outlet but that seems standard for the industry. The micro usb for the cords could be set up better with an L type adapter for cleaner appearance...it currently sports a standard linear usb plug so it sticks out the side a bit. All in all a nice camera.

I am a repeat customer. My earlier camera (Rexing V1) captured a left hand turn accident that totaled my car. I received a 100% payout as the Rexing Camera proved that the other party was 100% in the wrong. You could hear the insurance company sucking it in: boy do they hate to pay claims. I'd have received nothing if it wasn't for the camera. There was even an implication that I was playing unfair by carrying a Rexing Dashboard Cam. I now have the new Rexing V1LG with the high resolution rear window camera. My insurance company (Amica) wrote me a letter completely exonerating me in the accident. In other words, I received two benefits: the 100% claims settlement and my own insurer's 100% exoneration. Which is more valuable? See my enclosed video: it is not easy to see, but I was West-bound turning South off of Northern Boulevard in Queens - and I had the green turn signal. The Uber driver who hit me entered the intersection exactly [exactly!] 3 1/2 seconds after his light turned red. Yup - 3 12 seconds! And he was driving at full speed. I remember nothing about the accident: absolutely nothing. But Rexing is my wirtness. Suggestions for down-the-road. The rear-view camera needs to be upgraded to HDMI. And I hope and trust that Rexing will soon be supplying a new model with 2 side-looking cameras. And I imagine that we'll soon have a 360 degree camera poking through the roof. Very nice Dashcam with front and rear cameras. I would have given this Dashcam a 5 star, but the Micro Memory Card was bad. I spent a lot of time trying to get it to work and finally decided to buy new Micro Card and that did the trick. Unfortunately, that added another $25 to my total cost. Pros: Easy to install, clear screen, lots of features and options Cons: Micro memory was bad in my unit, rear camera image is not the greatest quality. Overall a good product and does what I needed. I would recommend buying this product. If Rexing reads this, please consider incorporating the rear camera into the main unit, it would cut down on install time and would also capture the image of the occupants as well as the image our the rear window. Thx!

Great camera and easy to use. Adding the direct power hookup is very convenient.

I purchased the cheaper version originally but that rear camera was absolutely useless. This one with the 720 camera is a little better. Unless you drive a lot and need to save footage immediately from the driver seat, then this is the way to go. If you drive little per week and won't pull as much footage, I'd recommend two independent cameras operating 1080. I did a side by side of this and the cobra model. This easily defeated cobra with no memory card problems on the 2 weeks I tested. The biggest problem I have is when I save a clip. I have it making 10 minute loops so if I save a clip, it locks the whole file its on, down. So that means if I save a file and I'm 950 into the current loop, it will save the next 10 seconds, and previous 950, but you won't be saving anything outside of that loop, unless you notice it not locked and save the next loop also. Another flaw vs the Cobra is software. Cobra had software that you could view both files PIP from front and back. This one you can only watch each file individually. This stinks. But to the positive, this more expensive model is made of much nicer materials and the integrated GPS is awesome, no separate antenna like the cheaper models. The display is mostly useless bc of its angle.

Very good camera. The resolution s good but I is difficult looking in the Screen on the front of thats important to you. It isn’t for me. No regrets as far as I’m concerned. I had Best Buy install it as well. Great work again!

I got this to protect myself in the event of accident. It records good video and will do that. It was easy to install and setup. But I really go to say it is just cool.

This is the 2nd dash cam I’ve owned. I don’t find it very user friendly. I can’t plug in the camera to my computer and view the video. I have to use an adaptor and take out the microchip. It’s not easy to snap a photo. My previous camera only required the push of one button to capture an image. I haven’t been able to figure this out while it’s filming video. Also, the quality of the video at night is very disappointing, not that clear. Day time is ok, but I’m not that impressed. I’d keep looking if I were you for a better camera unless you don’t have a need to use the video for some other purpose.

The Rexing V1LG is super easy to install and use! I Highly recommend Rexing for all who are looking for a front and rear dash camera system.

I tried too many other brands with different prices, but I found this one high quality and perfect.

Plug and play! Install it, switch it on and it sets itself up. Great picture in 1080p. Highly recommended.

Record your daily commute, & have a eye witness account of what happens in case of an accident. Should of got one sooner.

The front camera is good but the rear camera quality is not very good

I've only had it for a couple of weeks but it is working well, and the quality of video is very good.

Love it. Easy to install and setup. Even easier to connect to your phone.

I like the software Rexing offers, but this should not even be a product. Decent standalone system, the rear cam is a waste of money, can't see plates or even tell if the person behind you is not paying attention because terrible quality. Upgraded to the better model. Returned and very satisfied with the better model.

Too early to tell as I just got it. It seems to be just fine but will not know for a year or so to see if it holds up
