Customer Ratings & Reviews

I ordered my Rice Robot from BEST BUY. Have not had the opportunity to use my new Rice Robot. It came to me very nicely packaged. My neighbor has one and is delighted with it so I knew I could not go wrong. She prepares delicious meals with it. The cookbook enclosed is easy to follow and the folks at Rice Robot know what they are doing to make your day. No complaints from me.

This product is disappointing and i am in process of returning it. No matter how i prepare the rice or type of rice used, it always burns the bottom. The vent in the lid retains water around the edges that can lead to mold. The product feels flimsy and is not what i expected. I am hoping the return process is easy.

Bought this as a gift for someone with limited space. They love the size and how well it works. Met their needs perfectly.

Great product, it can be used for cooking foods not on the list, such as boiling eggs, boiling potatoes, mushrooms and making soups.

The rice cooker is not only cute, but also very easy to use. The cups for the rice and water are bery handy. Really happy with this purchase.

I is just the right size to make rice for 2 people
