I used to have this on VHS and was searching for workout DVDs lately. I was so surprised to see this. It's dated, but still a fun and decent low-level workout. I love the nostalgia of it.

If you remember Richard Simmons workouts this won't disappoint you. You get to workout to some good music and have a good time.

This may be an 80's throwback but it really works! This is a classic and it brings back great memories.

I love the ease of ordering on-line. There are deals you will not find in a store.
