A: The RIG 400HX with Dolby Atmos headset will work fine with your PS4 - both XBox and PS4 have a standard 3.5mm audio port on the controller to plug into. The Dolby Atmos code included with this product to enable Dolby Atmos surround sound will not work on the PS4 as Sony does not support this feature. However, it will work on a PC with Windows 10. So even if you aren't gaming on your PC, you can enjoy the audio benefits of Dolby Atmos while watching select movies or even when listening to music that has been mixed for Dolby Atmos audio. A: If you have an xbox go into settings then on accessories and then click configure controller and then press firmware update (even if it isn't needed) and make sure you mic jack is in. That is what it needs because it is not a microsoft headset. Hope this helps you!
Q: Will the camo model of the 400hx work with the atmos sound also or just the new model of 400hx.
A: Dolby Atmos can be used on any connected headphones but currently only select RIG headset models include the Dolby Atmos activation code. If you purchase the RIG 400HX or another headset that doesn't include the Dolby Atmos code you will need to purchase access to that feature.

Q: Will these work with a Nintendo Switch and/or PC?
A: Yes, this headset has a standard 3.5mm audio plug and will work with the Nintendo Switch and PCs. Please note, the Dolby Atmos code included with this headset is compatible with XBox or Windows 10 PCs only. Dolby Atmos is currently not available on the Nintendo Switch. Also, if your PC has a single headset port (both speakers and microphone), this headset is plug-and-play. If your PC has separate ports for speaker and microphone, you will need a Y-cable (sold separately) to split the audio between speaker and microphone.
