This is hands down the best gaming headset I’ve ever owned! I honestly think they are better than most of the expensive Turtle Beach headsets out there. It is super lightweight, which is what I was looking for to play long sessions without it being uncomfortable. When you’re playing a game or watching a movie that supports Dolby Atmos, the experience is incredible! The sound is so crisp and clear! The controls on the left side, are easily accessible, and I love that there is a separate volume wheel for the mic. Speaking of the mic, I’m not really a fan of mics that go around your face, but this one is really convenient because you can adjust it to your liking, and flip it up when you’re not using it, and it will automatically turn the mic off. The battery life is amazing too! Since I’ve purchased The Rig over a month ago, I haven’t had to charge it mid game, or during a long movie. One day, I played WARZONE for about 3 and a half hours, watched about 3 movies that day, along with YouTube videos in between, and still had almost 40% battery life. Having a charging base is also a really great plus! It is so easy to dock it after you’re done using. Also, having a dock, brings back the points that were taken away when I realized it has micro usb charging. But with a dock, I forget it’s even there because I don’t use the charging port with the base. It is also very comfortable and the design is really cool imo! I will say one minor thing, if you’re looking for a headset with a lot of bass, you may want to compare to other headsets. That is something that doesn’t bother me, because the sound is still incredible from this really lightweight headset. Compared to the heavier headsets with more bass, I will chose this headset every time. It still sounds really crisp, clear, and can get very loud during action sequences in games in movies! Overall this is an amazing headset and base for the price! I think it’s way more comfortable than the Astro a50, and that headset is double the price without a base. The a50 also feels cheap for the price. Go with the Rig, it does not disappoint!

Ive been gaming on Xbox Consoles since the first Xbox 360 came out in 2005. Thats 19 years ago. Ive used numerous headsets from Turtle Beach, Astros etc. Once i started using RIG headsets Ive pretty much never went back to any other brand. The great thing about this headset is the affordability with a charging cradle. I mean you cant beat that. Especially when they give you a Dolby atmos subcription. Furthermore the qaulity is great and ive had no issues whatsoever! Great headset for the price!

The sound is extremely crisp!! Lightweight and very comfortable!!! Definitely recommend for hardcore gamers with hours of gameplay at a time!!

Great headset the ear muffs feel amazing, noise cancelation is top of the line, good quality light but durable materials, exceptional battery life, wireless so plenty of freedom to live while you game i would recommend this to anybody tired of having to struggle with a cord

Got my first RIG a few years back and love them! (Still have and use them) These feel more comfortable than the astros A50 and the sound quality is awesome. Price I paid for these was a no brainer either. I’d def recommend these to anyone looking to get a good quality headset.

Choose these after doing reserach on a few other headsets. My ears are bigger so the headset ear covers don't quite fit. Outside of that they are more than comfortable. Sound and quality both are good in my opinion. Would recommend if you're looking for something new.

Love it. Had a Rig for a couple years. Button messed up so I got a turtle beach, used it one time & then returned it & got a new Rig instead. Love the control & sound is good!

Good sound, very comfortable even for hours. Poor connectivity. It keeps disconnecting and reconnecting radomly.

Great sound and feel with this headset. Definitely could wear these for hours if i wanted to. Also i really like the charging dock

I had the previous version of these headset and was absolutely in love with the sound quality and most importantly the comfortability. My expectations of the updated headset with standing charging dock was extremely. It seems like after CONSTANTLY adjusting settings, watching numerous YouTube videos and googling answers to fix my mic output, my game/party chat members can barely hear me. I’ve worked around with threshold output and even configured the corrected settings, but to no avail. These headsets were a huge let down.. luckily I bought this headset during holidays, so definitely returning them for JBLS, sadly

Sound its good. Comfort level is good too, the sound level seems to be pretty low though. Even when maxing sound on Xbox, it's still pretty low volume. Charging is fast which is nice.

The RIG 800 PRO HX or a great quality headset. They feel comfortable and are relatively easy to adjust. They feel very sturdy. However, when compared to the Turtle Beach 600 X enhanced sound quality, these 800 Pro HX seem to lack the enhancements to hear the minute details that turtle beach provides during enhanced mode. Nevertheless, the sound quality is really good. The instructions should be more clear or detailed and there should be more instructional links on how to set up the headsets for optimal performance. The headset sits nicely on the stand and looks very appealing. i definitely would recommend these headsets. Price should be maintained at $100.

It’s a great headset. Very comfortable. Mic just needs to be somewhat close to ur mouth for ur friends to hear good quality.
