All I can say is great great product as always great products RING has done nothing but to allow normal working people to have a piece of comfort while away from their Kingdom. That's what having a RING products give you the consumer, and that's the best part!!! And the slimmer design is fly too!!!

The indoor cam works great but the doorbell cam constantly goes offline. I have a WiFi extender in my house, there’s been no WiFi router changes or issues, password has not been changed and the battery is full. Just purchase the indoor cam alone. I definitely want my money back for this piece of crap.

We bought this house 2 years ago. It had another camera doorbell already, so we left it and just thought why change it!! We realized that MOST the time it didn't let us know when someone was coming up to the door or AT the door!! Finally bit the bullet and got a new one, and a different brand!! This RING doorbell/camera is amazing compared to what was here. I wont name names but it is another BIG brand and it failed miserably compared to the NEW RING Doorbell!! I am so glad that we got this PLUS their APP??? Oh wow is it better and it will also send you a message is something strange going on in your neighborhood. Like break ins reported that you never hear about and just how close they are to YOUR home!! Even though you THINK you are in a pretty good neighborhood, how surprised you will be!! ALSO other RING customers can send messages about dogs or other animals running loose in a certain neighborhood, in case maybe your missing a dog you might find your pet has been seen by someone close by!! The messages send a pic of the animal, if one is available. I know I am rambling, I just don't want to forget to tell you everything I like about this new RING doorbell and app. Get one!! you will love it. The settings on the app are not hard to set up. I am 75 and I did it, so can YOU!!

The pictures on the canera are clear and not fuzzy at all. I love how videos are taken of people passing by, waling up to the door, etc. I also like how it ask you if you know the person at the door and allow you to enter their name if you do.

Ewe really like the ring doorbell camera, however the battery seems like it takes forever to charge. And would love to change the sound on my phone.

Product is great. App works nice. I would like an option to be able to purchase a security mount so it doesn't get stolen. I was forced to purchase from a 3rd party rather than from Best Buy or Ring. I live in an apartment and would rather not have someone rip my doorbell off the wall. Also Pricing on these is really an issue. Originally I purchased the doorbell for 99.99 in store, only to be emailed an ad for the doorbell and indoor cam for 69.99 while the doorbell alone remained 99.99. Checking today the doorbell is now 49.99. A little frustrating how the sales work.

It's extremely easy to use. The video call is amazing. Works very well.

never again, does one have to get up to see who is at the door. this doorbell camera is one of the greatest things to be invented since sliced bread. i would highly recommend this product for those who are not home too often as a means to keep your place secure.

Good camera, good features. Just too many options for notifications. Good that there’s a lot of options, can just can get overwhelming with constant notifications. But just adjust the settings.

Great camera. Only complaint is it was smaller then the one that was replaced, so I was unable to hide the damage to the door from the previous dooebell.

The Ring camera was easy to install and works exactly as described. The alerts are very accurate and the description of events are awesome. 2 way talk is very clear and the battery last good time between charges. I would highly recommend a ring doorbell camera to anyone.
