robloxhas been a fantastic addition to our household! My child absolutely loves playing the game, and it’s been wonderful to see them so engaged and entertained. The gameplay is both fun and educational, offering a perfect balance that keeps them captivated while also encouraging learning and creativity.

My grandson & nephews luv these Roblox gift cards. Best Buy had all different denominations. I walked in, purchased the one I wanted & off I went. A Great Christmas Present!!

I purchased a gift card online for my son and anticipated doing a store pickup. I received a message that my order was ready, but when I arrived, it was switched to delivery. I received my gift card the day after Christmas with the numbers removed. I immediately went to the store, where I was instructed to call customer service. The manager did not come and speak with me but instead sent a new employee to deliver a generic message with no apologies or investigation. I called customer service and talked to 3 people, and the first two told me I would get a refund, but they had to transfer me. When I spoke with the third person, she informed me there wasn't anything she could do and gave me the number to Roblox, which was a deadened. Best Buy allowed their employees to fulfill and order with scratched-off codes. There was no quality assurance or follow-through on this product. This fulfillment was over looked, or the employees were stealing gift card information. Staff members were dismissive of my concerns and did not assist me. I lost 100.00 Purchase your gift cards in person or have them directly sent to you electronically.

The cards I received in the mail were damaged. The PIN that has to be scratched off with a coin was completely ripped off. I went to my local Best Buy where they proceeded to tell me that there was nothing they could do and I had to contact Roblox. Jumping through hoops to redeem a Christmas present when the company that sold me the gift cards sold me damaged goods was not what I signed up for. It wouldn’t surprise me if BB purposely sends the damaged cards for online orders since no one will buy them in the store. Shame on you BB!
