This is the best thing It’s a vacuums and and steam mop at the same time saves me so much more time and the floors come out very very clean highly recommended plus it’s cordless and lightweight as well

I have had this vacuum under three weeks. It no longer holds charge and has no vacuum power. Roborocks is no a product thst Best Buy supports and tbe mscbine is no longer returnable. This product does not havw the typical 30 day window. The vacuum if life changing while it worked.

i have an elderly pet so i was in need of a mop an’ bucket! ENTER THE ROBOROCK INTO MY LIFE!! This unit is easy to set up - use - clean - and leave waiting on its power pad for the next time my little ol’ lady doesn’t quite make it outside in time. Whether you chose steam mode or hot water mopping your wood, tile, and linoleum surfaces will sparkle - mine do!

Product looks and feels quality, but finding support, and how-to videos for using on YouTube or the Internet browser, are very confusing and unavailable. I basically tried out my unit over some overspray paint on my vinyl floors and was unimpressed that in steam mode, with solution added, did nothing. I'm still very unclear on what is going on and how to use my product.

Works good on vinyl plank but I bought it primarily for porcelain floors. It doesn’t do good job on grout lines and scratches floors. Dirty water stays in grout lines and suction isn’t strong enough to get it out. Steam option only lasts 30 minutes on a full charge.
