Quiet but gets stuck

I enjoy the user friendly app and how easy it was to set up. The only qualm I have with the vaccum is its tendency to get stuck under cabinets. My kitched and bathroom cabinets are places that the vaccum often get stuck, espically if i have a rug or mat there. Eventually it gets out but it makes alot of noise hitting the wall constantly and I worry it will eventually harm itself in the process.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
