Have only had it a couple of weeks, but have run it a dozen times or so. Impressed with the settings and workflow options: suction level, vacuum only, mop only, vacuum then mop, deep clean, etc. Wasn't sure what to expect from the mop, but it makes our glossy bathroom tiles sparkle and our wood and LVP floors look very clean. It won't replace using our steamer to deep clean a few times a year, but for effortless touch-ups and maintenance, it sure beats a Swifter or other manual mop. Mapping was much faster than a Shark model we've used for the past four years. Overall speed is faster than the Shark, too, without compromising cleaning, so I find we're using it more frequently which keeps things even cleaner. Haven't had to change the bag yet, but it's nice that it comes with a pair of replacements as well as additional mopping pads. The app is pretty comprehensive and intuitive, giving access to the aforementioned settings and features. You can establish special clean/don't clean zones and control how you want the mop to behave on and around rugs and carpets (avoid or lift up, e.g.), set cleaning routines, etc. Got a really great price from Best Buy, too!
