Customer Ratings & Reviews

Excellent vacuum! I have two German “Shedders” and two cats. I can tell the difference without the vacuum. I like the additional features like you can set it to lift of raised carpets and entryways that have dividers. It’s also very quiet. Unfortunately my other vacuum couldn’t keep up. This one is keeping up and more. You can use the vacuum only, vacuum and mop, or just mop. There are different vacuum suction options. Mine stays on turbo. I haven’t used the mopping feature yet. One thing I wish was an option is to only have the vacuum feature without mopping.

This is a really powerful system and live how it can detect the floor to carpet change. I just wish it were a little smaller. It takes up a lot of space and finding a safe spot for it that not only had an outlet but also the space needed surrounding the dock and trying to have flat wall was difficult. I have base board heating therefore I had to place the dock inches out from the base board and then put a piece of wood behind the dock for it to hold in place sturdy.

Well I searched thru reviews for all robot vaccums, this one had decent reviess for pet hair. So far it has stood up to the test. We have 2 huskys a staffy and cats, rocorock is doing a great job at keeping my floors clean. I also like the fact that it has a mop wh ig helps as well. It is kind of noisy though, but if it keeps mu floors clean im good with that.

It collects the smallest crumbs and is also very quiet. I lovet

I bought this because I have a black lab that sheds. It’s constantly getting jammed by the dog hair, even though we sweep before it vacuums!! I’ve watched it closely and it seems to just move the dog here around and deposit it from the floor onto the edge of the carpets when it goes up onto the carpet. The mopping thing is very cursory like it only has narrow trails where it’s mopped throughout the house. The only thing it’s really good for is picking up crumbs and going underneath couches in beds that my vacuum cannot.

Best vacuum for the price. Needs a bit a of maintenance once a week but other than that she’s freaking golden

Just set it up. Did mapping. It is now vacuuming. Turned off mopping for now. Amazing how it is able to get around furniture. Will test mopping feature and other controls later. 5 Stars

Excellent quality, I recommend it! Easy to use, cleans the house well, it was a great choice

I’ve been using this robot vacuum for a few weeks now, and it has made a noticeable difference in keeping my home clean with minimal effort. Setup was quick and straightforward, and I was able to start cleaning within minutes. The vacuum navigates well around furniture, transitions smoothly between rooms, and does a solid job picking up everyday debris like dust, pet hair, and crumbs. One of my favorite features is the scheduling option. I set it to run while I’m out, and it’s nice coming home to clean floors without having to think about it. It’s also relatively quiet compared to a traditional vacuum, which makes it convenient to run even when I’m home. The dustbin is easy to remove and empty, and maintenance has been simple so far. While it occasionally gets stuck on thicker rugs or cords if I forget to pick them up, it usually resumes cleaning without much issue. Overall, this robot vacuum has been a great time-saver and a helpful addition to my daily routine. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient way to maintain clean floors, especially for busy households or homes with pets.

We call him Rocky the Robot and he's still doing a great job after a year and a half. It runs 3 times a week in my downstairs townhome. The floor is tile with a large area rug and a few mats. Occasionally it will get stuck on a mat but can usually get off on its own. He's only be truly stuck a few times. I have a shedding terrier and long haired daughter. The roller stays clean and the bag lasts for months. Very happy with this purchase.

Excellent vacuum ability. We have a black lab. Through shedding season, this has made our lives much easier!! Running it once a day helps us stay on top of dog hair. I can't run it on max+ suction on our 900 sq ft area without needing to recharge in the middle.

I recently purchased this vac for my townhouse which has LVP on both floors. I am fairly happy with performance compared to the price I paid for it. The vacuum and mop function is good enough for LVP plus carpet area. Few things to note: The obstacle avoidance is mediocre. If you have lots of cable, get ready to untangle them from it. I would only recommend this vacuum if your house is clutter free, and has less small spaces where it might get stuck. In that case I would recommend to go towards a pricer/smarter options.

It is a good machine to use and the Robotrock app is wayyyy better in terms of UI functionality. I will probably be switching from iRrobot after this. It's not the flagship model but does way more for what I bought I3 for on sale. The i3 was $500+ (came with the base brand new). Even full price the Q10 was cheaper.

Researched robo vac and mops until what felt like the end of time. Coming from an iRobot that was only able to vac and had a terrible app experience, couldn't be happier with the Roborock. Quick to map out your house, easy to designate different areas. Most important is the ability to set stay out zones rather than having to deal with the iRobot towers which always were lost or out of battery. Quiet mode is quiet enough to work in the house with it running or at night, turbo modes for sure pull more dirt from carpet.

This is a very good product - it cleans my hard wood floor and my room carpet better any other vacuum cleaners that I had. After I "trained" it, I can set up schedules for automatic cleaning and for cleaning my whole room or a specific area of a room. It has a 70-day self-emptying feature so I don't have to empty it manually for more than 2 months. I loved it!

Ok here’s what I’m dealing with. Three dogs. A poodle, a Morkie, and a golden retriever. Hair EVERYWHERE. I had a shark that was great for when it was just the poodle and the Morkie but as soon as the newest addition came along and started shedding the vacuum started freaking out and couldn’t handle it. The area is fairly large so I was spending an HOUR vacuuming and and another hour mopping. I was at my wits end after a year juggling the cleaning, work, and life. Sometimes I would go a week without vacuuming and it was hair bunnies EVERYWHERE. It was inescapable. I felt like a week was enough to create a new dog with all the hair. After a vet visit to tell me it’s 100% normal I knew I had to do something. After a TON of searching I came across ROBOROCK. It handles the hair so well. I am able to have it go daily (twice a day because of all the hair) and it handles it like a champ. I tested it out with a big hair bunny on day one and it ate it up with no problem. Cannot see my life without the two I purchased for upstairs and down. Best investment for my peace so far.

Initially faced issue in mapping the house later it figured and doing a fantastic job in cleaning noise level is acceptable

Quieter than my older model, but if you put on turbo mode, it's about the same. That said, it has light mode, moderate and turbo, which I really like. I have an animal that sheds so I run it on moderate daily and it does a great job.

So far so good, does the job. I really liked how smart it is to go around furniture and clean really close to bed legs and walls

I have two cats and it gets the work done with the fur and litter sand on the floor and carpet. It is a bit loud, but it works perfectly for my one bedroom apartment!
