The Roborock Qrevo has been a fantastic addition to my home. It does an excellent job vacuuming and mopping, keeping floors consistently clean with very little effort on my part. The suction power is strong, and it easily picks up dust, dirt, and everyday debris from both hard floors and carpets. The multifunctional dock is incredibly convenient and greatly reduces maintenance. The mapping and navigation are accurate, allowing the robot to clean efficiently without missing areas. The app is intuitive and makes it easy to schedule cleanings, customize settings, and manage different rooms. What I appreciate most is how much time it saves while still delivering great cleaning results. Overall, this is a high-quality, reliable robot vacuum and mop that performs exactly as advertised.

I have 3 shedding Dogs and I absolutely love this vacuum. I run the machine every night and wake up to a clean hair free floor. This vacuum has a deep clean feature that really cleans my rugs and small carpet area. It also has a feature to mop after vacuum and carpet settings. Everything can be set from the app on your phone. Keeps a good charge and navigates my 4 bedroom 3 bath home and it does all but one bedroom and bath on a full charge. So far I have only had to pull a small amount of dog hair from the roller (long haired dog). I order the all purpose floor cleaner for robot vacuum and it really shines, deotorizes, and cleans my floors. I do have to sweep out corners and from under furniture but that is not a problem. I have had 2 other robots (problems) and this one is the best of all. Highly recommended.

Great cleaning power, easy maintenance, and the self-emptying dock is a game changer. The suction is strong, the mop works well, and the anti-tangle brush really helps. Definitely worth it.

If your truly looking for a rumba that gives you a great vacuum and actual nice mop this is it. You get to have control of suction control and there is an actual mop head that wets and clean itself after each clean.

Excellent product. Been using it for about a month and it works just as advertised! Highly recommend it if you have pets or just want to keep your floors clean without the hassle of using a mop and bucket!

This product is COMPLETE IN ANY WORDS! Clean and vacuum the little corners with the little brush that come with. The detergent is nothing expensive because the one gallón of water need half of the lid. Is white that looks really clean and desapire from the wall. It’s help full because you are working in your laptop and the robot Roborock is cleaning! Fantastic

Really happy with this vacuum. It does a great job vacuuming and mopping, and I love that it empties and cleans itself. It saves me a lot of time. You do have to replace the mop heads occasionally, but overall it’s been a great purchase.

If you own any other brand, this one leaves it in the dust. Customizable cleaning, simple, maps really well. Different setting for different times of cleaning. Mops great and leaves floors incredibly clean.

Rocky is a miracle. Vaccums and mops our LVP and throw rugs with ease, despite shedding Golden. No longer pay for house cleaning.

I had high expectations for my Roborock vacuum, especially considering the premium price. Unfortunately, those expectations were shattered almost immediately. Within the first month of ownership, the base unit broke. Instead of simply sending a replacement for the defective part or replacing the unit outright, Roborock required me to ship the entire system back for repair. For a product that costs hundreds of dollars, that warranty process is completely unreasonable. What has made the experience even worse is the amount of time it has taken. I have now been without the vacuum for more than a month, and I’m still waiting. I purchased this product to make my life easier, not to spend weeks dealing with customer service and living without something I paid a premium for. When a product fails almost immediately, customers shouldn’t be penalized by being forced into a lengthy repair process. A company that stands behind its products should replace defective units promptly, especially when they fail so soon after purchase. The vacuum may have impressive features, but none of that matters if the product breaks almost immediately and the warranty process leaves you without it for weeks. Customer service isn’t just about answering emails—it’s about taking care of customers when something goes wrong. Roborock failed miserably in that regard. I cannot recommend Roborock based on my experience. Before spending your money, ask yourself whether you’re comfortable being without your expensive vacuum for over a month if something goes wrong. I certainly wasn’t, and I wish I had known how poor their warranty support would be before making my purchase.

I personally love this vacuum. I used to have a shark that would constantly run into the walls and furniture. With the Roborock, the vacuum does not run into any furniture or walls. It’s very careful and smart at navigating. I also appreciate how strong the suction is to be able to get cat hair off of all of my flooring. I use it in a one bedroom apartment and it is perfect for me.

I had another robot for years and it was time for an upgrade. I did a lot of research before deciding on this one. This robot is pretty silent and moves around fairly fast. I have it set to vacuum and mop at the same time. It cleans so well, I can’t remember the last time I manually had to mop lol. My husband got me another one for the 2nd floor.. it definitely is worth it.

I already had a Roborock and was very pleased with its performance. I purchased this one because of the convenience of having it vacuum and mop without having to add the mop. It has done a great job. I have 2 dogs and it picks up all the stray hair daily and mops up twice a week. It goes seamlessly from room to room. Previously I had to eliminate space because of having area rugs. This cleaner retracts its mop heads to go over the rugs so that it can mop all areas of the rooms. Would recommend!

The vacuum section and being able to map is wonderful. I didn’t think I would like the mopping, but it is definitely time saving. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. I have bad back knees and it really saves my body some pain and time.

If you have dogs this is the one you need. I bought this as a replacement for my eufy e20. Because I had to send it back for repair. It took too long so I bought this one instead. I’m very happy with my decision as this one mops as well. The only downside is this one didn’t come with the handheld 3 in 1 like the eufy. I just purchased it separately. I have 2 husky and 2 chihuahuas and it. Picks up their hair really good. Very satisfied with purchase. And definitely recommend it. Also the cleaning solution lasts a long time.

Mapping was a breeze. I have 3 dogs and a cat. The downstairs has never been as clean!
