After owning and testing several robot vacuums over the years, this is by far the best overall setup I've used. The plumbing installation was incredibly easy and straightforward because Roborock uses standard US plumbing fittings, unlike some competitors that require adapters or creative workarounds (trust me, I know). The refill and drainage system has been completely reliable so far, and I've had zero leaks, which is more than I can say for other brands I've owned(caught Narwhal and Dreame on delivery). The auto-refill and drainage system is one of the standout features of this model. The dock is surprisingly compact considering everything it does, making it easy to integrate into a laundry room or utility space. Cleaning performance has been excellent, and for a busy household like mine, it has dramatically reduced the amount of routine maintenance required. My only minor complaints are that the dust bag compartment door is a little more sensitive than I'd like when changing bags, and the overall price is still difficult to justify for many buyers. That said, if you're looking for the closest thing to a truly hands-free cleaning experience, this is it. The only regular maintenance I perform is replacing the dust bag when needed, refilling the cleaning solution, and occasionally cleaning the dock tray. For a home that sees plenty of dirt, pet hair, and daily activity, that's a huge win. I'm excited to see what Roborock does with a second-generation version, but even today this is one of the most complete and polished robot vacuum systems available. Highly recommended.

This robot is by far the best I’ve ever used. I connected it to a hot water line and the drain line to the backside of a tub that i had access to. The line sets were prettty long and its worked flawlessly. It cleans great with vacuum getting everything and mop not leaving streaks or mess behind. Mapping has been great as well. Battery lasts a long time so its not charging in the middle of a cleaning. This is how all robot vacuum/mops should be set up! Just fill the tank with detergent once every couple of months and the bag once a little more frequently. Would recommend to all!
