This thing is genius! If you have a tv in a tight space it works perfectly. The build quality is crazy good! I think it may last me forever

Perfect addition for so much needed cord management! My PS5 hangs on the wall, and the factory HDMI cord was taking too much stress at the angle I had it bent at. Ive noticed absolutely zero difference when using this on my PS5 while gaming.

Bought this to use to bring the hdmi closer on my portable ps5 setup. Bought this one because it said it supported 4k. Hooked up to my ps5 it will only allow me to run at 1440p. When I set the ps5 to 4k with vrr off, all off, and 120hz off, I still only get a blank screen and monitor says no signal. If 4k is a must for you then I would avoid this product. So far works fine at 1440p though.

Moved our tv one time to paint and the swivel went bad. Tiny cheap ribbon inside that connects the two together ripped about three wires apart at one of the pivots. Obviously it wasn’t moved back in forth, just positioned one time for use and it didn’t last. Took me a minute to figure out why I had no picture.

Works great if you're in a jam for space or to reduce tension on the HDMI port or cable. Feels solid, has some weight to it. If you've got the space, don't use one of these because every adapter/extender drops a little signal quality/strength. But if you're tight on space, this does the trick.

Had to help my wife's nana get moved into a better living situation and so we purchased low-profile wall-mount brackets. unfortunately, the size of her TVs are so small, the VESA mounting plates that attach to her TV leave virtually NO space to connect standard HDMI plugs to the back of the TV. I can't even bend the cable sharply (not recommended anyway) to wedge it underneath! Luckily, this 90 Degree adapter is super slim and just BARELY clears the Mounting plate without issue. 4K 60 Hz, no problem! Crystal clear picture with no artifacts or connection issues (usually a sign of a bad cable or a bad adapter, but we had a known good cable, and this adapter checks out perfectly). Amazon has been flooded with cheap non-name-brand stuff that claims to support all the latest buzzwords: 4k, 8K, 40Gbps, etc.. but I've run into nothing but issues with those either not working on arrival or having picture drop-outs and connectivity issues after only a week. Skip Amazon's marketplace, just get this.

I had a problem with my ROKU stick, my TV was wall mounted and the stick inserted directly into the HDMI connection. However, my TV was older and the HDMI connection was flat to the back of the case and the ROKU stick made the TV angle out from the wall. This Universal Swivel Adapter allowed me to connect the ROKU stick so that it was flat to the back side of the TV case and let it hang properly against the wall. I am Very Pleased with it.

Very well made ALL METAL adapter, swivels to any position for close quarters use. The contacts are gold and the case is screwed together, not glued or stamped. I grabbed it to use on my 4K video monitor on the camera rig and it's awesome at keeping the strain off the HDMI cable connection point.

This Rocketfish HDMI swivel adapter is pretty handy. It makes routing cables behind my TV so much easier, and the swivel is snug enough to hold its position. I did notice a tiny bit of looseness over time after repeated swivels, but it hasn’t affected picture or sound yet. Also, it adds a little extra bulk where it connects, so if your setup is super tight it might be a squeeze. Still, I’d buy it again — it does exactly what it’s supposed to.

Rocketfish has a good reputation; here's another reason why.......I mounted a monitor recently and found the access to the aux HDMI was nigh on untouchable with the mount plate in place. We required it to be accessible and needed to avoid loss thru a splitter/switch device. This solved the issue in no time and delivers just what we wanted.............Easy access for this installation; could be used in many other applications and setups where space/access are critical. Also works well for laptop to monitor hookups, Very pleased!

I used this swivel adaptor to work with my in wall HDMI connector that was too close to the TV to insert the cable directly. I did not have a recessed port on the wall so this connector made the connection quick and easy. I had mounted the TV prior to attempting to attach the cable and I was able to install this adapter without removing the TV from the wall. The swivel will go either way so no need to have the HDMI connected while attempting to plug in the adapter. I have had the adapter for over three months now and no problems with the connection, picture looks great.

I have no complaints with the functionality. I'm glad it can fold both ways. My only complaint is that it is a plastic build rather than metal as it looks. Since it's meant to be behind a screen and unseen, it's not much of an issue, but hopefully it holds up as well as one would expect.

I needed a extender for my new Roku Stick and the HDMI port on my tv was too short to fit the Roku Stick. I am very happy with the swivel capability as the space between my tv and the wall is small. It fit perfectly and was great for my device. I also didn't need a screen extender, I need a HDMI port accessible extender. Happy to find.

The swivel head adapter on this attaching our Roku unit possible on the back of our wall mounted television. The attachment point on the television is recessed in the back body of the television and the Roku adapter by itself would not push into the attachment point on the television without this adapter. I would highly recommend tis adapter.

For TVs that are mounted flat, this makes it a LOT easier to plug in an HDMI cable or hub with minimal frustration. No frustration at all if you add this adapter before mounting the TV.

This is a good adapter if you have a random angle for running your hdmi cable. The picture quality is not affected at all by the use of the adapter. I had a unique situation that required an immediate 90 off of the hdmi port, it as a close fit but this did the job. I would give it 5 starts but my only minor complaint is that it is a little floppy. It does not hold an angle. If there were a way to get it to hold its position it would have made mounting easier but other than that it is a great product.

essential to hook HDMI up to TV with obstructed access. Worked perfectly.

Got this for my parent's TV. I insisted they get a Blu-ray player, just in case, and this made it fit perfectly in their TV stand.

The Ricketfish, HDMI adapter could be working fine, but because it is used with the ROKU stick on an older smart TV that needs to "warm up" before working well, it is hard to evaluate the adapter. If this is true regarding the "warm up" it does indeed work well. I needed the adapter because the stick fit into the TV perpendicularly and was against the bracked that holds the TV to the wall. the adapter allowed the stick to be parallel to the TV with breathing room.

Hi there! Thank you for your feedback on the Rocketfish™ HDMI Universal Swivel Adapter. We understand that it can be challenging to evaluate the adapter due to its use with a ROKU stick on an older smart TV.
We’re glad to hear that the adapter is potentially working well after the “warm up” period and that it has provided a solution for the fit of the ROKU stick against the wall bracket. Your detailed feedback is invaluable to us and helps us improve our products.

The USB was just what was needed because of new model television and how it was designed. On the existing televisions to ports was easy access; but on the new designs the ports in the back which needs the new flexible USB
