Buy Something else.
Not sure it is worth the price point, it works, but the chagrining seems to be taking way too long. Perhaps that's standard with solar but I would think full day in the sun is enough to get past three bars of battery.

Don't Buy it
[Employee of bestbuy] replaced it twice and with both of them it doesn't work and their website lacks any knowledge about the product
