This is the BEST way to cook a roast beef at home. This is the second I have owned, the first one, I let my son borrow and now he won't give it back so I had to get a new one for myself. The newer model is even to clean up than the older one I had. Super simple to do a roast or a boneless prime rib in. perfect every time. I haven't done any chicken in just beef and that is all I need it for. As the old Ronco Infomercials used to say "just set it and forget it" Highly recommend

Works great and the chicken is so juicy. It was cool to walk by and see it cooking to the most perfect color.

Totally made the holidays. It’s a great little oven for cooking a roast evenly through out.

Made a ham a roast beef a turkey breast. They all came out delicious and juicy.. Love it
