Compared to other theater seating options available this is definitely on the higher end side of products. However there are a few things that annoy me given the hefty price tag of this unit. 1) There is no compartment to store simple charging cables or remotes. Both compartments in the arm rest have no interior. This means there isn't anywhere to store anything other than large objects like a keyboard. If you want to store smaller items like a remote or charging cable you have to buy 3rd party addons that aren't the same quality as the chair. 2) The LED included in the unit will auto turn off after about 15 minutes. I like to sit in a pitch black room and the small amount of illumination from the LED is just enough to make the TVs brightness not too overwhelming. So this LED automatically turning off is super annoying. 3)The USB charging port faces straight up which is super inconvenient as now your entire right arm rest is unusable when attempting to charge anything. I really wish more thought was given to this and it was either put on the side or inside one of the compartments to hide the unsightly cable during use.

Easy to assemble and very comfortable. Easy to care for also.

Could use some extra designing to utilize the storage components

I am really happy with this chair! I actually purchased two of them for my living room. They are really comfortable and the tray table is great! The recliner goes back so I can be flat if I want. The cup holders are perfect and three USB port for charging is helpful! The lights for the under chair and cup holders are nice and not distracting. The width of the chair cushions area is nice and large which helps a lot! I'd recommend this!

Totally took a chance on this. Couldn't find any reviews on Amazon, Youtube or Reddit. Rowone has a decent enough track record so I purchased a single chair and set it up in the man cave. The box is about 130 lbs give or take. Definitely a two person job up steps (although I managed to slowly get it up to my second story at the expense of my back). Assembly is straight forward. Just two pieces with a basic one sheet instructions. After you pop the top on you're ready to go. Upon first sitting in the chair I noticed the butt cushion is a little stiff, however the back was super soft and comfy. Sitting in the upright position was decent enough but once you get into recliner mode that's where the chair really shines. I really like the fact it can go near horizontal if you like to watches movies or play games lying down. All in all I think's a great chair. A little on the expensive side and rather simplistic functionality (two buttons for adjusting, and single button the lights up the cup holders). However, despite these shortcomings I'm giving it five stars due to the comfiness and range in motion.

The chair is great. Very comfortable and seems very well built. I would give BB 1 Star. They charged my card at purchase and didn't deliver for 45 days later. Showing the deliver date not purchase date

[Employee of bestbuy] We purchased 4 of these chairs for our entertainment room. They are used daily for 2 hours or more, depending on who is home. The top padding on the 2 most frequently used chairs has visible indents in the leather/foam. The most frequently used chair now sounds like we are passing gas on opening and closing. It's comical. We purchased these chairs thinking of them as a lasting investment and expected workmanship that would last more than a couple of months. I contacted the manufacturer by email, providing pictures. I got no response until I called. I was asked to pound the foam to see if it would improve. It didn't. I have sent an email with a video of the sound the chair makes. I have not gotten a response. The chairs are supposed to have a warranty, but RowOne's customer service is not responsive.

 I’ve had this chair for about a month now takes a minute to stiffen but overall the reclining I’ve had no issues with it. It’s perfect for charging your phone.
