A: Yes it does! I don't need to move it around but there are wheels on this printer
Q: does the royal sovereign handle paper clips and staples
A: This shredder handles staples but since paper clips are easily removable, I haven't tried to put a paper clip through my shredder

A: No it doesn't. However, you can shred credit cards with it.
