What a pain! I assumed I was purchasing directly from you, Best Buy. Instead it is with RSPGame - the chair is not what we wanted, the seat is small and the arm rests were very flimsy and unsturdy. Now I have had to spend a week emailing with the company to try and return it and now I have to try and schedule pick up with Fedex - had I known any of this ahead of time I would have not bought the chair. I am so disappointed that this all falls on me _ I expect more from Best Buy.

Whilst a nice chair, my biggest problem has been the back piece wasn’t sent correctly as the holes were not aligned with the T-brace that connects it with the rest of the chair. It has taken awhile to still acquire this piece as they had to send it from their main factory.

Imagine having your 10-year-old son opening his new gaming chair on Christmas morning, he is completely stoked. He asked that we put the chair together so he can use it right away, only to find out the chair was sent without any hardware, none, zero. There were no fasteners, bolds, rubber stoppers, Alan wrench, nothing. I had to go up to Lowes and purchase all of the hardware myself. $20-$25 dollars later, I come home and put the chair together the day AFTER Christmas. He not only was completely disappointed, but I was also bummed as there was nothing that could be done on Christmas. Once assembled the chair was a decent gaming chair.

Very cheap materials does not want to stay together

I love this chair is so comfortable and adorable I can play all night and no problem thank you I recommend to all
