OMG. This machine does the job. A girl can do it. A bit heavy, but does a Fantastic job. I have pets and they are always having some kind of accident. My room was in great need of wash. My carpet smelled so bad. Well it did come with some cleaning solution but not the hand tool. I bought some solution at Home Depot and works great with the machine. My carpets and rugs look clean and smell great. Nice an white. Love it so much. I hope this will last me more than 2 years like the Bissell that I bought which stopped spraying solution. This is definite a commercial carpet cleaner.

Best rug cleaner I have ever owned. Great for really getting entire room clean. Deep cleans really well and good motor really sucks up excess water. Only down side is no attachments for furniture and stairs. But, for large areas it beats a Hoover and a Bissell any day. Well worth the extra money if you have wall to wall carpets. Best thing about this machine is you can usually rent one at your local grocery store or hardware store and give it a test run before you buy it to see if you really want to own one.

This is a powerhouse of a machine. Keeps up with pet stains and hard ground in daily grime. This is a professional cleaning delivery machine and worth every Penney.

We have used it on our home carpet as well as our rental property, and after just a few uses it has basically paid for itself for the cost of renting one. It's powerful and does a good thorough job, granted it is a little slow going.

I searched many websites for a Rug Doctor and found the best deal on Best Buy. Also, I needed it right away and Best Buy let me choose the shipping method to get it faster. It arrived in good condition the day after it shipped, and still cost less with expedited shipping than other websites that only ship ground (3-5 bus. days).

Lota of dogs and kiddos mean we are always using a carpet cleaner. We would buy the smaller cheaper models and they would last a year or so. This unit is worth the cost and is holding up strong. Feel confident spending the extra cash, you will thank yourself later

Best scrubber made at a very good price. If you want a very good scrubber this is the one you want to buy.

If you are going to buy a carpet cleaner just spend the money and get this rug Doctor. It is commercial grade just like the ones for rent in hardware stores. It works great and hasn't required any service.

The machine wasn't all that noisey. It cleaned very good. The only concern is that I had to refill the tank several times for a small room

I used to clean carpets for a living. This is a great machine for the price. Will save me lot of money over hiring someone or renting a machine.

Floors were nasty. Actually looking to replace carpets with hard wood. Couldn’t get out spots for years with cheap cleaners. Decided on buying this and figured if it’s good enuff to use as a rental then it should work at my own house. Carpets are as clean as they have ever been and none of the spots have come back.

The carpet cleaner does a good of cleaning. I use it at church and wish it had a wider cleaning area. It cleans as you pull it back to you not going forward.

This is a great product that is very easy to use. The shampooed is really easy to push in the carpet.

I got so tired of renting a rug doctor so I just bought one instead. It is better than a lot of the smaller everyday cheaper cleaners. Wouldn't trade it for anything.

What a great investment! We owned an earlier version of this machine that was 11 years old and broke down. It was almost as cheap to buy a new one. I feel the new machine does a better job of cleaning our carpets. Highly recommend.
