What a fantastic product. Simple installation. Great app. I have these on a timer to reduce my summer air conditioning bills and heating bills in winter. Great product and an even better company to work with. I bought these for 1 window but I am going to buy them for all the windows in my home. This company RYSE is coming out with new products all the time. A great company for convenience and for saving on energy costs.

Essential if you want to control your Lutron devices from your phone or through a voice assistant. Setup was quick and the connection has been reliable. Small and unobtrusive. Does its job and stays out of the way.

The bridge unlocks the power of these smart shades. I connected it directly to my router via Ethernet and it’s performing flawlessly

These are absolute garbage. Rarely work, bridge is constantly “offline” despite being no issues with or anything different from the last time it was online. Shades work about 25% of the time. Bridge works even less than that to do a “routine” or anything you schedule or try to control from the app
