This item is a 5 star in my opinion as far as it's usefulness. It appears it will fully charge the phone maybe up to two times before you have to recharge it. Now here's where it is a ZERO Star for me. The 1st week I had it the part that charges your phone broke off from the part that clips on your belt. The back part is the charger, it broke away from the clip or I should say the part that holds the phone. Other than that I think the product is great. I didn't take the product back, I glued it back with epoxy. It is way better and sturdy than when I 1st brought it. If it hasn't already broke just seal around the edges with epoxy you'll be fine.

I returned one after it stopped turning on. I took my phone in and out of the charging holster several times. Each time you have to turn it back on to charge. After a few times of doing that it will not turn back on. I discovered it will only turn back on if you plug it into the wire charger. There was plenty of juice left to charge the phone but for what ever reason it will not turn back on. I tried a second one thinking it was defective, but they both did the same thing. Not worth it unless you want to use it just as a holster most of the time, which works great. Needless to say, I've returned them both.

I am giving this three stars due to the clip's structural integrity. I expected it to last more than 3 uses. I still have the case and use it as a back up charger.

Wish it was better secured on my belt loop, it sometimes pops off. Almost dropped it several times.

I am giving this 1 star only because the plastic clip snapped off which is what holds the case onto your belt and the case is no longer usable. I would really expect a free replacement case being the fact that it broke within me having it in my possession for only 2 or 3 weeks at the most.

This was the second time I have purchased this product. For the second time the charger part has popped loose from the holder. Not to mention the belt clip breaks very easily too. Not happy at all as this product is Poorly designed for the cost.

While I have not had it long enough to comment on the fragility of the clip, I can say that it charges my Flip with no issues and sure is handy when no electricity is available. A useful item to have when you need it.

I ended up with 3 of these crap things. They all lasted about 5 minutes charging my Z Flip, and then they would just stop working. No power. The all just died instantly.

Cheap made in china typical off brand quality I would not recommend purchasing this want to be low pro holster it's a brick and made of cheap material the clip broke off in transit to me wouldn't recommend it

this product is garbage, does not work as advertised, does not charge samsung 5g flip phone while in holster, definitely returning.

Came out the box and didnt charge returned and waiting for a replacement from best buy

My husband love this case and charge is working good

First of all, I bought this case because I was told it would be able to charge phone with the case on. I tried with 2 different cases. A TPU and a hard plastic. Phone did not fit in charger with either. I started charging the phone at 4:21 with a 51% battery. It took me til 8:02 and got me to 94% til it shut off. That's almost 4 hours to charge the phone. Guess it would be good in an emergency if I had all day, or overnite to charge my phone, but over all, not worth the money.

This was good money spent, that's why I gave it five stars, keeps my battery at 100 percent all day, I seen a complaint regarding the charging not an issue, once you take it out the holster the charging turns off to conser battery lifetime, when you put it back into holster remember to turn the battery back on to charge, not a big issue like a person was complaining about. The original charging holster was made for the first generation Samsung galaxy Z flip and it also works with the Samsung Galaxy Z flip 3 with no issues, amazing a must have due to the small battery in the flip.
