The case is just as shown in the picture - rose colored plastic. What was annoying was the fact that the day it arrived and I took it out of the box - the back of the case was all scratched up - as if someone had used it for a while already!! Not good - but I don't feel like going through the hassle of returning it after having to wait about 10 days to get it!
