The phone fit in the case perfectly but the cutouts for the power button and volume rocker are WAYY off. I cant even use my phone in the case because the pressure of the case holds down my power button and turns off my phone, then immediately turns it on, then off again. How'd this get by QA truly beats me

The case fit ok, but the case trapped dirt and dust. Very hard to clean. The plastic piece that covered the front of the phone made it hard to type on the keyboard. Finally I got frustrated so I returned it.

It's not fancy but is a solid phone case that is easy to hold on to.

I give this case a 5 for it's design and for it's quality only. As far as description and fit, I give it a thumbs down because it is not correct in measurement for the A71! It powers off your device.

Agent in store very helpful. We tried 1 cover on in store, didn't fit. Looked up on line, believe to be ok. Was to ship to store, arrived at home! I& another tried on, was not a fit. To bring to Peekskill store tomorrow, for evaluate possible exchange.

This case was a reorder because the first one was the wrong one. Know this case is having the same issue, the place meant for the buttons are off so it causes the phone to keep shutting off because it hits the off button. So again I have to take the case back I am so I’ve this phone case stuff ugh

I love Samsung products. My only complaints are my galaxy watch doesn't stay connected all the time, and I'm having problems with my voicemail. I do intend to make a trip to Best Buy for help with my VM.

Case Does not fit the phone. Your guys ordered it for me. I returned the case and the second one does not fit the phone either. Not happy to the point I am going to return the phone

This doesn't fit my Samsung A71 5G phone. I had to return it. It seems Best Buy has little inventory for phone cases and I haven't found one to fit my new phone.

It does not fit the phone....even though it is supposedly the right one. The side buttons do not line up with the case.

only gave a 1 because it did not fit my phone the holes didnt line up up with the bottons kept shutting off my phone.
