Keyboard Case for Microsoft Surface Pro X

Wrong item was sent. Totally different color and material (cheaper quality). Then the price was raised on the item that was originally purchased. They refunded my money and I thank them for that at least (after almost a month including processing wait).

Sent the wrong item altogether had to pay out of pocket to return through FedEx and still haven't received a refund
