Wish it wasn't too late to return it! I had a version of these cases for my previous phone and loved it. But I'm so disappointed with this model! First, it didn't come with anything to protect the screen. But the worst issue - and the reason why I won't be able to use it at all - is the design for the volume buttons is bad. Because the case doesn't fit snuggly, it doesn't come in contact with the volume buttons well. So, this means you have to push them really hard to raise or lower the volume - if you can do it at all. Also, since the volume button is used in conjunction with the power button to take screenshots, I have to remove the case to do screenshots. I'm really disappointed in this model. Gonna take a look at the Otterbox cases.

The service and product that I received are of top self quality for a reasonable price. 5 stars. The phone protective case the sales man recommended is perfect for my needs and would recommend the it to anyone in the market.
